Hi guys, I'm starting tomorrow the plan to do what needs to be done and get to my goal, I've been focusing too much on my business and I let my health go to waste, there's a lot to do, and little time, but I've done extreme exercises before in my life, so even though my health is like shit in this moment, I still can do great things, so here's my data: INITIAL DATA: Weight: 375 Pounds - 170 Kg (I've never been this fucked up in my entire life) Fat Percentage: 34% BMR: 3082.25 (I will lower it to 2300) Waist: 62 Inches - 157.48 Cms Chest: 57.48 Inches - 146 Cms Hips: 55.51 Inches - 141 Cms Right Arm: 17.32 Inches - 44 Cms Left Arm: 16.92 Inches - 43 Cms Right Thight: 31.49 Inches - 80 Cms Left Thight: 31.10 Inches - 79 Cms I took those measures with a caliper and a device to calculate body fat % to be sure and a Orbitape Accumeasure mentioned in the 4 hour body. Starting tomorrow I will start bringing this baby to the real glory it deserves! GOALS FOR THE WEEK: - Loose 2 Pounds - Loose 2 Cms of Waist - Do not eat junk food (specially cookies & soda) FINAL GOAL: Weight: 230 Pounds - 104 Kg Body Fat: 10% Need to Loose: 145 Pounds - 65.77Kg There's a long way ahead, so I better start doing this thing now!

Hi guys, I'm Rodrigo from El Salvador, and I'm new here, I was doing great loosing weight but then I found out about the 4 Hour Work Week, many things have happened since then, I founded my own freedom business, and I learned a lot in the process, I've met great people, but, by focusing everything in achieving success in my business, I left my health in the not so important things in my life. Now, even though I can still do a lot of work outs (I did P90X many times), I've got to the point where I've gotten fatter than ever, I'm weighting 375 pounds, that's a fucking lot! so I can't let this going on the same way, however, willpower has always been an issue for me, cookies and soda's are my worst enemies. I can even say that I'm kind of an addict to them. I can go for a long time without drinking them, and drinking only green tea, and natural drinks, but once I start drinking sodas, I can go for a lot of them in a row. So this has to stop, I'm willing to do anything I can, and I've been able to achieve many goals by getting into communities of like minded people, so I hope this community can help me out in achieving my goals. I'll be reading more about the blog so I can see to learn some good things before starting all out. wish me luck!
