Tonight my sugar has been vodka and more vodka on top of that.

This is my first day here on NF I have read and read over it all day. This looks like an incredibly motivation place. I have been lazy for a while now and a lover of potatoes, rice and bread all my life. Been off of those things for a week now and it really hasn't been that hard. I am determined. My mom has been working with a trainer now for about 3 months and when I found myself giving her my clothes I couldn't fit in, it just didn't feel right. I am supposed to be wearing those designer jeans in my closet not her. Also the scales said 201 and that was a wake up call. I'm ready to start my way towards this paleo lifestyle. It will be a transition. Starting moving around. Get FIT! - Katie -
