  1. Thats a good idea, i was going to just diet for a bit to lose some weight then jump into the gym. Just moved to a new area so looking for a 24h gym and even looking into starting yoga 1-2 times a week to try get myself bit more flexible and see if it helps with my back pain.

  6. Wow sounds different ... may give it a go tho at some point Yes i am coming off a many many many year 2L + coke a day and a few but not many sweets like choc n biscuits.
  7. i got a strawberry flavored protein this time to try counter sweet cravings, not sure if it would go well with coffee LOL Might go back to adding a small amount of milk to my coffee. Was drinking rice milk i think it was, got used to it was nice.
  8. As per the title I am looking for someone who is good at Photoshop as I am not ... lol I am not even sure if what i want can be done so here goes. I am After some coloring put into a pic of my tattoo to see what a few color schemes would look like. So if this is possible and someone feels like giving it a go let me know and ill throw up my pic.   11. Using one that was recommended at a supplement store, I know they push what ever but hopefully nothing too bad for you.   13. Ok thank you, also i think im right or close with my 2550 per day, but is it a bad thing if i dont hit that much ? or should i really aim to get to it but not over it ?
  14. Using protein powder for between meals while i am at TAFE as will be quiet a few hours between meals and will only be used if i start feeling hungry. Also to boost up to my daily protein intake if im low. Figured there would be no harm in adding to what I get from my diet. This is true, and i may leave this one out for now. I think I am over thinking everything and trying to do too much at once. I was told it was a good and healthy way to add some taste to water as I can not stand drinking it, and a natural detox.
  15. Knew i missed something 4x and x9 So if i up my protein to around 225g per day and fats to around 90g ill be looking at 210g carbs Even that still seems a little high for weight loss, am i right ? 42%/16%/42%
