  2. I recently started writing for a food blog, Spoon University, which is sort of like Buzzfeed for food, primarily from a college students. I submitted an article to HQ last week, and not only was it published to my campus' blog, but it was published on the Spoon master blog as well!   3. Alright, I went to the State Park near where I live yesterday with a couple of my friends. We rented a paddle boat, which made me feel like I was biking on water, until of course I looked around me and saw the rest of the freaking boat, so that was entertaining. We also went up to a waterfall that's in the park. You can either hike to it, or drive to it. We drove to it because that hike is way more fun. It's actually more like rock climbing than anything, which was super fun. I'm a little surprised that I wasn't scared at all, its not that I'm usually afraid of heights, but I feel like it would be very easy to feel fear as one is climbing down steep rocks, overlooking what could very well be their imminent doom. But, no fear here. I smiled the whole time, it was mildly creepy. So yeah, that was yesterday. I want to do a strength workout today, not sure which, but you know, I'll figure it out.
  4. Ok, time for some goals. This one has been the same for every schallenge i've participated in, but strength workouts at least 3 times a week. +3 STR +2 Con Do something in the days following my strength days, at least 2 of them. +3 DEX Eat a healthy afternoon snack at least 3 days a week. +2 CON +2CHA LIFE: Find a job. This is necessary as I've been accepted for a work study program next year, but I don't want to put it off. +3 WIS
  5. Sorry about the late start, and the further procrastination on my goals, which I will post here pretty soon. This is just to get my name back on the guild list. So... goals soon to come
  6. You seem to be doing great on your fashionably late challenge, have you been doing any body weight workouts?
  7. Ok, I really haven't been on in a while, and I do feel quite bad about it. A couple weeks ago was spring break, over which I did not eat particularly healthy or work out. Luckily, I did not overindulge on my bad food, and my consumption level reflected my activity level. The last Sunday of break I did 3 circuits of the advanced body weight workout. I also started doing jumping jack intervals, in which you do 10 seconds as hard has you can, then rest for 10 seconds, then 20 seconds as hard as you can, then 20 seconds rest, then 30 seconds, then you work back down to 10. You do that 3 times. I have been keeping up with my workouts after spring break, I just don't post about it.
  8. Well, haven't been on in a few days, but here I am. I did 3 circuits of the advanced body weight workout, and also attacked a mostly fallen tree on sunday with clippers and a saw, I still have to finish it off, but reduced it quite a bit.

  11. My first impression when I saw your thread title was "Why would you do that?!" and then I realised you meant the movement, not to skin an actual cat. But great goals, I hope to see more posts soon, have a nice challenge!

  15. I did the Konami Code workout today, I was a little pressed for time and have person problems to the max. I did 10 circuits with 3:37 seconds to spare.
