  2. We ate it all, but I will make more just for you I had never eaten it before but I had the sausage and it sounded good, so I tried it. It turned out amazing and it wasnt even super hard to make!

I'm making a version of this Warm Quinoa Salad and then this Creamy Avocado Pasta and bc there is now a grocery delivery service here, I was able to get all the ingredients today before I forgot or lost motivation!!! I also scheduled transportation for the yoga class on Monday (I cant go tomorrow bc I have parenting stuff that trumps yoga) and made several other necessary appointments today and did the breakfast dishes already, ate mushrooms, spinach, broccoli and butternut squash and sat outside first thing this morning so far its been a GREAT day!!! I'm even cooking dinner tonight! Spaghetti with Italian Sausage and maybe a salad?
  4. This is a magnificent idea that I have attempted (and failed at) a thousand times. I even have a giant dry erase board on the wall of my bedroom for this purpose, that I forget to look at/follow. I was thinking today that maybe I need a reminder on my Ipad to look at my routine board and then I will actually follow through with what is there. I plan to add a few things as I get into a groove, but it never happens. I get a few good days then the shit hits the fan and its a week or a month before I even think about routines again. So remembering them when things are good + restarting them after things aren't good, is the solution. So maybe the reminder will solve both problems?
  5. Awww you guys Yesterday was Day 3(?) and I did amazing Goal 1: Eat two different color freggies at every meal. . I had broccoli, carrots, edamame, apples, strawberries, green juice, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, mushrooms and lettuce, YAY for teacher training day bc eating veggies is super easy on those days! Goal 2: Go outside for 30 minutes every day, even if it means I sit on the porch in the rain. I didnt do this one bc I didnt remember it during the only time I had free yesterday. Goal 3: Spend 30 minutes every day doing Yoga Teacher Training homework/practice and 30 minutes of actual yoga practice I had class all day! Goal 4: Clean my kitchen every night. DONE!!! Well I literally stood there and watched Abby clean most of it then finished the rest myself, but Tank says that counts Thoughts: I need structure. Wednesdays are my best days bc they are planned out in advance and that is something I need to implement into my life. I have said this probably a dozen times, but it is still just as true and necessary as the first time! I am going to start small with just adding in two yoga classes per week. One on Monday afternoons and one on Friday mornings. Then thats a small schedule to get used to and I can knock out my 20 mandatory classes for training and get some much needed regular exercise. I am looking into making large portions of vegan (bc it eliminates dairy) side dishes to eat with dinners so I can batch cook and have lots of veggies and a meat and food be pre-done, bc that seems to work when I do it. So I am going to find a recipe and make it tomorrow.

  9. Things have improved somewhat since this afternoon. Yvy called it a med hangover and I think thats probably an apt description for it, at least part of it. Regardless, it's getting better so hopefully tomorrow I will be fine

  14. Thanks y'all Today isnt better. This med was as needed so I dont HAVE to take it, and I'm not going to anymore. I'm not sleepy today, but my mood is shit and I feel completely like a failure and that my dreams are too big for someone like me and I should just give up, bc I wont ever reach them. Then I think thats stupid, then I wonder is it really? Am I aiming too high? I just dont know what Im capable of at all and so I go after what I want, regardless of if its reasonable or not. How do you even know what you are capable of in the first place...is that something you learn that I missed somewhere? I gained 12 lbs since Camp and have no clue why but I have been paying zero attention to my food until this week, so thats probably why. It doesnt help my mood though.
  15. Day 1 has been not what I had hoped for. I took a new med and slept from 10am-4pm then had dinner at IHOP and am now going back to sleep. So the new med = not good.

  20. I think that is an excellent revision, you can eat a lot more Paleo foods and still lose weight and be healthy
  21. I made a smoothie for breakfast today and I have biiiiiig plans! I'm going to put together a hanging clothes rack and clean out my closet and my room! Finally get most of his stuff out of my space
