  1. Just back from boxing, Official opinion is as follows. UGH GAAAHD NEVAR AGAIN!

  2. Was looking forward to boxing later and boom! Heavy cold

  3. Did my first hour and half Boxing session. Thighs are as sore as when I squat!

  8. Horrible work out, last two days I've squated 70 kilo, today I hardly unracked 60 an barely did 2 sets. Then I couldn't even keep my back stright an lift with my legs on a mere 80 kilo deadlift. the heck has happened to me.

      Trouble shooted my problem with the deadlift, bar too far forward and chest wasn't up enough. Can't explain my squats though believe you're correct, just need time to repair.

  9. Finally got my squat at 70kilo for 5 sets, Still yet to find that Sweet heel stance.

  10. Shame the local gyms shut on the weekend.
