  1. Going with the beginners workout on this site. Start small create a habit every week. I find if I try to do to much at once it all falls apart. any workouts you would recommend for the future?
  2. Am ready to level up my life. My goals. 1. 3x a week Beginner Body Weight Workout: Burn Fat, Build Muscle 2. Stop drinking pepsi max and replace with water 3. Small changes with my eating habits - Change 1 habit a week. Start this week with snacking on fruit, nuts and not biscuits. Life goal - Go full time web design freelance by end of next year or land a full time job in the industry. I have already made progress daily but sometimes need a little help and support. So when I need help to finish off end of level boss I know that this community will be able to provide help and support.
  3. Just signed up. And looking forward to being part of the Nerd Fitness Community. So why am I here? To level up my life, stop wasting time and get things done. Current state of play is that I have stop workouts. Start to put the weight on. My full time Job is just that. A Job. My spare time I code and design websites and this is what I love doing. So today is the start of leveling up my life every single day with support from you guys I want to. Go full time freelance or land a job in web design world by end of next year. Get in shape, eat better, feel better about my self
