My first goal is to start eating better. From there, I want to achieve the Fitness Benchmarks a man must master. By the way, I'm a teen and really wimpy. I want to go from a wimp to a Ezio Auditore. Any advice on how to start? I appreciate any answer.

Hello, my name is Andres. I'm a teen who likes to play video games, watch Formula 1, and learn things I've never learned about. I want to study engineering and go on from there. I know I'm still young and still have many experiences to discover. I found Nerd Fitness when I was looking for a workout to become like Ezio Auditore from the Assassin's Creed trilogy.
