Hello everyone! I'm new to the whole Paleo thing. Just started three days ago. About 2 days in I think I'm experiencing withdrawal. I randomly break out in sweat, I'm hungry all the time(which I've been satisfying by snacking on nuts whenever I get that urge), I get dizzy, and I even use the bathroom number 2 style more(that's probably not withdrawal lol). At the same time, however, I feel so much better. My urine is clear and I haven't even increased my water intake much. I feel better and I'm motivated to improve everything about myself which is off the chain awesome. What do you guys think about the withdrawal thing? and lmao I can hardly find any place that is Paleo friendly. I've had chinese food without the sauce two out of three days other than nuts and things that I have in my house (I'm young so I don't have the means to purchase and stock where I live how I would like to). Any tips or does anyone know any places in Lower East Side Manhattan where one can grab a quick bite of healthy paleo food to eat? Thanks for reading this and if you answer a double thanks to you.
