  1. So I haven't updated much, again... But I have stayed on path at least. Goal 1: 4 training sessions, slight improvement Goal 2: soda snuck into my diet again. Water intake has increased significantly and paleo diet has been about 80% true each day. Not bad Goal 3: vast improvement. I've done some serious meditating this week. Goal 4: I've been more aware of what's going on...

But don't worry! Thanks for the support Ok so latest update for this week, and ill say it doesn't look good Goal 1: worked out only 3 times this week... Grr... Goal 2: omg I had soda on a couple of different occasions, didn't drink nearly as much water as uasual, and finally I seemed to forget what a paleo diet is... I had a MAJOR set back on my diet this week so bad I won't go into detail ... /ashamed Doh! Goal 3: what was this again? FAIL! Goal 4: ok I'm aware... But now what? Prepare? All in all this week was a complete disaster. I'm disgusted by my performance, lack of motivation, lack of will power. And logging my results weekly rather than daily may be part of the problem. I need to change the direction I'm going because right now it's not looking good. It's time to go hard, go fast, and go all the way. No half assing it. *smears blood and ash over his face and then calls it war paint*

  6. Hey surge_supra! Looks like your kicking arse and chewing bubble gum, keep up the hard work and dedication! Definitely proud of you (; Btw, the M&P was a great choice, I've grown quite fond of it myself. Also, I've too had to resort to life without Rosetta Stone. I'd like to suggest watching movies in Spanish audio as well as listening to the radio in Spanish (considering you have a basic baseline already). Listening seems to be the hardest part for me but I've found those resources to be better than Rosetta. Let me know if you have any questions!
  7. I'm liking the goals bro, keep the heat up because it only gets hotter when your trekking through hell. Which btw seems like you're currently doing lol. Hoping one day I can do at least a half of those pull ups... Good God man!! Btw, when should we cross-train? I have bjj skills ^-^

Thank you, it's been difficult at first It did go well, will update that last goal lol Finally, the final kick in the arse that I needed in order to update my thread lol. Thanks bro. *ihulke has been "off the grid" for some time now. But after a two week hiatus, he has been spotted once again* Hey Happy New Year all! Sorry that I've been offline for so long. I honestly had no idea that I had so many replys to this thread. It's actually very cool to see how many people have been cheering me on, thanks all! So in a nut shell, I've been busy. My body, physically is at 98% but by Monday it should be 100% recovered post-surgery. But, that doesn't mean that I haven't been training, especially this week in particular. I've trained my legs so hard that I'm having difficulty walking, climbing up/down stairs, and sitting down lol. Regardless, here are the status updates to my goals. Goal 1: The beginning of this month I did not meet quota, I had a few hiccups but nothing that I cannot fix the following weeks. Now this week alone I've already hit the 5+ work out sessions. Goal 2: Complete soda deprivation = on track, Water consumption = Looking good but could be better, Paleo foods = doing great, but need to focus on shying away completely from the bread and pasta!!!! Goal 3: Using the force has been the equivalent to a child playing the video game "star wars kinect" Lol. I need to seriously dig my heels into this one, no joke! Goal 4: The Sleeping Giant has been awoken but now I need to figure out what to do with that. *note: See above for updated goal.* All in all, thank you for the motivation and support to keep me updating this log. Perhaps I'll add a goal in the future that will require me to keep my friends updated more often! *ihulke smears war-paint onto his face his he prepares for another week of simulated HELL!*
  10. This will be a re-attempt from my first NF challenge. There will be some editing prior to the start of the challenge. Goal 1 - 5+ physical training sessions a week (+1 STR, +2 STA, +2) This will include cross fit or weight lifting and running. Goal 2 - The great purge (+2 CON) Reduce all non-paleo foods from my diet SIGNIFICANTLY. Increase water intake. Eliminate soda from diet. Goal 3 - Use the force (+3 WIS) Meditate for 30 mins each night. Time to improve my spiritual fitness. Goal 4 - The sleeping giant (+1 CON, +1 STA, +3 CHA) "Unplug from the Matrix", "Take the red pill", "You've been asleep at the wheel, WAKE UP!" Utilize my time wisely and begin to realize what is really going on around me. Become productive and do not fall back into the traps of wasting precious time, because it truly is a commodity.
