  2. Well my interests vary, I like all the nerdy stuff, movies, books, tv and all that. Into team sports quite a bit. I am a financial consultant but its not my passion, I am the equivalent of a CA which is the CPA but in Canada. My goals are basically to try and push myself to better myself, not being lazy and all that. I feel if I am striving to live healthier and be fit it can also echo into my other life goals. Health in Body and mind.
  3. Hey, looking for someoneone who wants to help each other stay motivated through text, fb or whatever. Need to be able to challenge each other to better themselves in all aspect of life. (Health, Fitness, Life, Education). Don't care about gender. Just looking to to help someone be motivated and to get help staying motivated. Hopefully can break through some plateaus and crush some challenges.

  5. Hey my name is DramoR, I am a 6'5" Ogre looking to build to become a ranger. At School I put on a ton of weight and weighed about 315 pounds. In my mid 20's and has lost quite a bit of the weight just by eating decently but still am very overweight at 265 and basically weak a hell. My goal is to be strong and lean. I dont care to be huge and muscular just enough to be fit and look/feel great. With a desk job with long hours its hard to be motivated to get out and exercise. Also to maintain a healthy diet and toning down going out for "work drinks" and dinners that are just not good. I definitely suffer from procrastination and definitely eat for the sake of eating I would say. I guess its mindless when I work in front of a computer all day, looking for something to keep me focused while I am looking through tons of sometimes mindless work. I have always been the biggest both in height and in width and really hate that, definitely haven't found a place in which I felt motivated and challenged to do anything. After surfing around this site adn trying to figure out whether this will help me I definitely want to join in. I see a lot of people really beenfiting and definitely want a piece of that action. I have some initial goals I have made below and am definitely hoping to stick to them. These are short term. One thing I know is I need to focus short term than long. Hopefully when signing up for challenges will defniitely push me so i can meet these goals as well. Fitness/diet •Follow a work out plan 5 work outs/week. 3x Strength 2x Cardio - Strength is two days on legs and core the other on back, chest and arms. Cardio will be at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. Also for each day I will walk at least 3 kilometers. STR - 2, STA - 2 •13 push ups in a row (I know pretty bad) I can do 6 right now. Plan is to do a little every day, however want to double by end of December. STR - 1, STA - 3 •Eat enough protein and Reduce Carb intake 100g/day. For full points, get them every single day for the next 18 days CON - 2 Lets start the leveling. To complete the mission by December 31, 2012.
  6. If you want, I need a partner in crime as well. Feel like I am a little behind you but hoping to catch up quick.
