First Challenge I've ever done! My goals are pretty modest right now cause I have just started a new job (still in training) and I'm getting used to getting up really freaking early. 1. Do the Beginner Body Weight Workout 3x a Week / Do Crossfit 3x week once I start getting money from the new job. 2. Drink 1 bottle of water a day 3. Go Cycling for at least 20 minutes on the off days barring bad weather 4. Pay off a debt of $560 And since Aegliriell means "Daughter of the Mountain" in Elvish, I'll theme this thread as climbing Caradhras! Starting point fitness-wise - Ground Zero Weight : 170 Height: 5'6.5" Lifting Power: ....what? Oh, none. 1. If I do the Body Weight Workout 3x a week and then transition to Crossfit I'll give myself an A If I do just the Body Weight workout 3x a week and do not join the Crossfit Gym I'll give myself a B. 2x a week = C 1x a week = D Anything lower than that = F 2. Drink 1 bottle of water a day without drinking any caffeine also = A Drink 1 bottle a day = B Drink half bottle = C Drink no water = D Drink no water but also drink caffeinated/soda drinks = F 3. Go Cycling at least 20 minutes on off days = A Cycle 10 minutes = B Cycle less than that = F Bad weather days will not be averaged in. 4. Pay off a debt of $560 = A Pay off $540 = B Pay off $300 = C Pay off $200 = D Pay off >$200 = F
