  8. Yeah, I totally died off lol. Life has been so crazy let me just fill everyone in: I didn't workout last week -.- I worked so much and have been so tumultuous trying to get over this damn relationship crap that it was not really working out for me. But, I did in the past few days, come to the conclusion that I want to be a doctor. I want to help people. What gives me solace is helping others and seeing results. I can't think of any greater profession than a Doctor for that reason. Sure, the road is long and difficult but I can do anything! I did workout today, which I'll post here. But I'm slowly getting better and trying each day to be happier than the last.

And that warmup is a good one! I do a very similar one (Thanks Steve!!) and it's tiring! You're sick, don't sweat it. You actually attempted a workout and that counts for a lot.
