  1. I'm able to do some few knee push ups, I might chance the grades and have a look at the mini challenge! Thanks And no way is legolas hotter....
  2. I'm very late I know, I'm always late, and then I tell my self, why not just wait till the next time, however I then never do it. This time I decided I would rather be late and look like a fool, then never start it and feel like a fool. So I hope you welcome me and that it's okay to be late. I don't really mind if I don't get the points due to being late! My starting stats are: Race: Human Weight: 180 pounds Height: 5'7 My name is Charlene. I'm 18 years old. I'm a full time student and will be for the next 4 and a half years at least. I'm in this journey alone, and have been for the last year (in which I've lost 40 pounds). Im looking to loose another 40 pounds, but also to gain sight into my own body and become healthy and mentally and physically fit. I've always been terribly shy and therefore struggle to really find place on forums like this, despite reading them day in and day out. Nerdfitness has really caught my attention as I'm a bit of a nerd my self and always have been, I'd rather play mmo's all day, go to roleplaying convention and day dream about Aragon than make friends and whilst I'm more out going now I still have my self esteem and confidence issues and I'm hoping I can find some fellow nerds to support me in this journey to better life. I'm eating following the primal principles, however am easing in to reducing sugary fruits as Im still fairly new to this way of eating. That was my story, Im very excited for this challenge and hope Ill manage to complete it! It was hard to set my attribution as Im pretty useless in just about anything, however I picked what I'M best at, even though that will not be very great Strength (STR) - 4 - Been working on lifting, can do 5k dumbells in my routine Dexterity (DEX) - 2 - I'm not very quick Stamina (STA) - 3 - I tend to be able to run for a while, it typically is boredom making me stop Constitution (CON) - 1 - I seem to have getting ill a lot the last 2 years health wise, including having gallbladder out Wisdom (WIS) - 4 - I've lived a short life but it has been full of lot of experiences that has helped me shape as a person quite well early on Charisma (CHA) - 1 - I'm the diffinition of that nerd who just isn't cool I've always enjoyed setting goals - Small, big, unrealistic, easy ones, generally just like doing goals, so for me to come up with some I truely wanted to achieve within these few weeks I've get left to do this challenge was not that hard to me Goal 1: I am going to Denmark (which is where my family lives, Im resident in England) for the first time since going Paleo and whilst I’m there (5 days) I want to consume no gluten, Grade A - 100% Achieved - Grade B - 1 day missed - Grade C - 2 days missed – Grade D – 3+ days missed – Goal 2: I will work out 3 days a week so I’m able to upgrade my dumbbells up by 1k (total of 12 times) Grade A - 100% Achieved Grade B – 2 days missed Grade C - 4 days missed Grade D – 6+ days missed Goal 3: Be able to do one regular, perfect form push up Grade A - 100% Achieved Grade B - Do 10 knee pushups Grade C - Do 1 perfect form incline pushup Grade D - Not completing Goal 4: Have 1 day a week (4 in total) where I do not use the internet. Grade A – 100% Achieved Grade B – 1 day missed Grade C – 2 days missed Grade D – 3+ days missed I've decided not to include attribution points as I've started late in the challenge, therefore picked easier challengers then others might, and therefore don't feel I deserve them
  3. Im a horrible cook, that much I know, and I love simple stuff and dont have any fancy equipment or spices at my hand. However for lunches instead of eating chicken breast or deli bought cold meat Im gonna start cooking a whole chicken sundays and then put it in a tupperware in my fridge and eat during the week. I have a few questions. How would you make the chicken (yes im that bad a cook)? How long would you keep the meat? What to do with the chicken bones? I dont want anything to go to waste! And when using the bones do I just simply use whatever is left when removing meat or is there only certain bits I can use and does it need to be completely stripped of meat? And should I eat the skin of the chicken as that's the my favourite bit?
