    Omega's Quest

    Main Quest My quest is simple. I am fighting to regain my progress, to kill the storm that threatens me, and to become the hero my wife and son deserve. My end goal is to be back to 300lbs. Quest Log: Quest #1 - Healthy Eating at the homestead Maintain 90% or better daily calorie goals Track all my food in MFP Drink a gallon of water a day (carry a jug throughout the day) Quest #2 - A Storm is Coming Complete Stronglifts 5x5 program 3x times a week Complete the NF bodyweight workout at least 2x a week
  2. So sorry for the late update! So far everything is going great! I have been doing Stronglifts 5x5 3 times a week and the body weight workout 2x times a week! The last 2 weeks I have been 90% keto, weekends are tough. I have been drinking 1 gallon a day and sticking to two diet Dr. Peppers a week. I just got to chapter 15 of Sabriel also. I'm feeling better and my mental health is improving slowly. Working out has really helped with clearing my mind and sticking to everything. I feel like my wife is noticing the changes also.

  4. A Storm is Coming I'm 27, 285lbs, and over the last two years I have slowly lost 100lbs through exercising and correct dieting. Since July my wife and I have moved to a new area of our state and it has gotten me off schedule. I have gained 30lbs over the last few months and with that a storm has hit. I have been wrecked with depression and self hate. I am determined to get my life back on track. Main Quest My quest is simple.   8. Hi, I've been away from the site for a bit now. I just moved down to Ocean Springs, Ms! I was in Jackson, Ms for a while.
  9. So over the last year I have lost 100lbs and it has been amazing! I went from 380lbs to now I'm at 280lbs. My exercise in the beginning was a HIIT program that I did 4 days out of the week. The last few months I have changed to doing weightlifting, 5x5 stronglifts, along with starting and ending with cardio. I'm staying the same weight and body composition. My diet low carbs, low fat, high protein and right at 2000 calories a day. Do I need to increase my cardio, ugh, or should I add some HIIT into my workout after I finish 5x5 for that day? I would love to hit 250-220 by the end of the year.
  10. Update log 7/28/15: Ran/jogged 3 miles this morning and had an egg and 2 pieces of bacon for lunch. Dinner will be baked fish with a cup of mixed veggies.

  13. Jumping back on the horse tomorrow morning guys. I've slacked off a bit and feel awful for it. I'm really trying to stay motivated. Its been hard having been in the hospital for my dad and now helping take care of everybody. Lots of stress but not giving up
  14. Hey guys sorry for such a late update! My step dad has been in the hospital all week and today is having a heart valve replacement. My dieting has been good and my workout has been in place. I've only lost 1 pound so far, kind of down about that but that's one pound less!. Kishi - I am thinking about martial arts or boxing. My favorite console is the PS4, I absolutely love it man!
