  1. Ok i edited it. I don't know the rocking qigong set and don't know were to learn it. I will start posting my progress tommarrow.
  2. Sorry about that. forgot i thought you had 20 points. Although even I think i set my challenge's a little big. I am going with supported handstand push-ups. It's killing me to say supported but I really don't think that I can go from no handstands to unsupported handstand pushups in a few weeks.
  3. I love how you are going to be taking some cold showers. I really hate them so good luck
  4. These are the goals for my first six week challenge. 1. For my first goal I want to be able to do a muscle-up by the end of the six week challenge. I will preform a test at the end of it and post my results. Right now I cannot do more then 10 pull-ups. + 5 STR 2. For my second goal I want to be able to do a handstand-pushup by the end of the six week challenge. I will also preform a test and post my results. Right now I cannot do a handstand. +5 STR 3. For my third goal, every morning I want to preform the Yang Style Qigong Primary Set. + 5 DEX 4. For my fourth goal I want to meditate every morning and evening for 10 minutes.I don’t meditate at all but I think I can do this one. +5 WIS Well this is my first challenge but I really want to win it, so I wish you all luck! "The best athlete wants his opponent at his best. The best general enters the mind of his enemy. The best businessman serves the communal good. The best leader follows the will of the people. All of the embody the virtue of non-competition. Not that they don't love to compete, but they do it in the spirit of play. In this they are like children and in harmony with the Tao."
  5. I can now do pistol squats. WOOT! joy
  6. Sorry it took so long i will send it today.
  7. I have been recently been training pretty hard. A basic strength training 3 times a week. Unfortunately that did almost nothing. I have a friend who has been working out since just recently. He is my friend but also my biggest rival. He is my same age, half a foot taller, and ways about 20 more pounds. He wins almost everytime. I need to increase my training. I was thinking: Monday- Basic full body strength training Tuesday - Skill training such as kata's, agility, balance, speed , etc. Wensday - Basic full body strength training Thursday - Skill training Note: not a workout Friday- Basic full body workout Saturday - Skill training Sunday - Rest * I am also cutting any crap out of what i eat. So i need some help on getting a workout routine like that, and beating my rival. HEEELP!
  8. Yay the 6-week challenge is on the 15. Can't wait to do it.

  9. Today i did four circuts of the NF beginner bodyweight. I have replaced the dumbell rows with inverted rows on the table. No soreness but doing a special workout day tommarrow.
