  1. learning ways that don't work ≠failure I'd say you made some BIG progress this time around
  2. yep you just squat into plank (arms extended) and jump back up... its much easier (also called cheating by some ;p jk dun quan!)
  3. Overall grade B Toes to bar are improving... I got 4 this morning. but it's still not consistent. not more than B Pullups are also getting better, but not as much as I'd like either B double unders this one is definitely improving!! I'm more confident, and consistent with these A Diet is still going very well. I see marked improvements in areas like strength, which is what food is supposed to do... make my workouts better. I'm not as obsessed about it when I have bad days. I was very proud of myself for the week I had very little control over my diet, I kept things in perspective and didn't get uptight about every meal. A I think this is still a level up... not as much improvement as I'd like to see, but still some movement in a positive direction. Oh YES... and not graded but notable: HSPU yay I got a real one of these! (3 actually) I'm very happy about that... pistols still need work (it feels like its as much a balance issue as it is strength) but these are also coming along nicely

  7. Whatever! Mr. I-ran-for-26-hours... I'm not expecting to be queen on the mountain for long. You both can totally beat me (without needing a paramedic) and so can Wolverine for that matter... but I'm not telling HIM that (I need to keep my title of poo poo head)

  14. hahahahahah its a good thing I'm by myself right now because I just spent 5 minutes laughing over this all this over a few burpees (at least I'm assuming that is what this is about? if not please clue me in so I can take note of what pushed our esteemed leader to break his cool and begin name calling...   17. I don't do yoga that often, but I'm always glad when I do... I love how it makes me feel. And I hear you on the pronounceable ingredients... not such a hard concept really, but so many companies can't seem to manage it
