Sweet I will shoot you a spreadsheet in a bit. Honestly yes after the first phase there is plenty of room for adding whatever accessories. The spreadsheet only lists what to do for the main lifts for each phase. The workouts usually take around or under an hour depending on accessories. But my overall opinion is Juggernaut is a good base layout for lifting and you can tweak the rest to be more applicable. Also it is worth noting that you can run jugg different ways. You can change up the lifting pairings for each day and the frequency. I have ran between 2 days a week and 4or5. So feel it out and go from there. Yay warriors being productive members of society!

I only have experience with Juggernaut. I have been running it since October and i really enjoy it. I can send you the spreadsheet I use that does all the math for you and lets you know what to lift week by week. Jugg is higher volume and in my opinion a good balanced program for general lifting. Also @Laghail and @mr_willes run Juggernaut as well so feel free to reach out if you have questions.

Im not sure if this correct advice but I just do my best to ignore it. What I have done in the past is wear gloves. The gloves helped with the rubbing on my palms when I was doing pullups. Maybe you could try alternating with the gloves and without until a callous can be built up. Good luck
