    Yeah my mother in law has said she will not except me talking to her in english

    haha shes doing it to help me and force me to not be lazy with the spanish.

     

     

    I strangely find myself looking forward to my 300 workouts, never really got excited

    about wanting to die in a pool of my sweat before hahaha

  2. Thanks yeah I cnt say no sugar but no caffeine/coffee/tea/extra salt. Believe me I thought it would be alot worse, especially because I have to wake up at 5 for work. Just like any vice I guess it gets easier with time.

    Status update: did workout(damn those pullupd are hard)

    Diet going well

    Espanol es bien tambien.

    status update:

     

    warm up:

    3 on 3 game of 21 in basketball

     

    workout:

    25 pushups: 10+5+3+2+2+2+1 haha couldnt do them straight to save my life today

    50 deadlifts with 135(i subbed with full backbridge)
    50 pushups
    50 jumps onto 2ft box
    50 floor wipers
    50 single arm cleans
    20 more pullups: couldnt do full 25 did = 5+5++3+3+2+2

    then did 8X3 squats with 135lbs

     

    diet good water is going well

     

    language: practice on phone trying to talk only in spanish to my mother in law.

     

    bonus: I passed a CLEP test for college credit so only 5 more classes till I have an associates in Cyber communications.

    it took me a lil while to not faceplant when doing a kong ahaha

    also drink ALOT of water with the sugar thing it will help with the

    headaches

  5. Keep it up! yeah I am alternating days with the 300 workout. Yeah all my friends that I used to PK with live in a different state

    from me now. Yeah I think PK has gotten a bad rap from all of the kids being stupid about it and also taking themselves too seriously haha

    but I definitely need to have secret PK time to myself haha

  6. status update:

     

    keeping up with my diet plan. I am actually getting used to the no salt thing which is weird for me

    because i have been putting salt on everything for years.

     

    I have been slacking on my spanish because my wife has been at work alot so I keep forgetting to practice.

    But I have been going over my sign language flash cards.

     

    I already feel alot better since I have started this challenge. its actually amazing how much better i am doing metally

    since i started this. I feel strong as hell and my mind is alot clearer and I have alot more confidance.

    I too am doing the 300 workout. It is brutal as hell.

    Can't go to the gym but i am making due with what I have at home.

     

    Man i miss PK. I might have to start waking up even earlier and sneaking out of the house to practice

    so I don't wake up my wife and kids haha.

     

    Also I have a language challenge as well, I need to get more proficient and fluent in spanish and in sign language.

     

    anyway I send you all of the luck in the world as we both try not to die doing the 300 workout haha

  8. haha yeah I was like F*#k it why not?!

    but yeah I'd say that the pullups are the hardest part. I have to break them up

    into sets of five with a couple secs to catch my breath haha

    good luck to you aswell we can make it through this :D

     

    p.s im sore as hell today from the workout yesterday haha

    full body soreness is making me walk funny haha
