I am wondering if anyone would like to post to me a daily workout challenge? It would need to be stuff I can do at home with no equipment or anything since I have nothing but 2 and 5 pound Dumbbells.

Really struggling to get motivated to do my workout at home.... Again. To get back to where I was at the start of the year, I need to lose 18 pounds by December 31.

Slowly starting over while reviving from the surgery month. Did my first "long" walk today - hour and a half to 2 hours at a very slow pace, not sure the distance though.

what surgery did you have? I'm 7 weeks post surgery and i feel ya - hysterectomy - but if you managed 90 to 120 minutes that's great!

3 weeks post op for a tailors bunion, 3 days post op for a laparoscopic bilateral tubal ligation.
