Slowly starting over while reviving from the surgery month. Did my first "long" walk today - hour and a half to 2 hours at a very slow pace, not sure the distance though.

Thought I might've reached 50 lbs of fat loss this week (193 lbs). After my swim & before eating today, weighed 191.5. Total shock!

Trying to decide how I can start training for the warrior dash, and still keep up any meaningful Strength training..... flustered...
increase cardio? I have stopped pretty much all strength training to get ready for the different mud runs I am doing.
Turned 50 today and celebrating by trying to get 1RM in each of the big 3 lifts.

whats a pull up or pushup? I can't do them either. By the end of the SPRING I will guess we are both going to be able to do one of each.
