    Location.

    Alright I've got a question for all the Assassins here. So, a good part if being an Assassin is parkour and the idea of parkour is anywhere but that can be easier said then dead. Now does anyone know any good location to parkour in the state of Maine or just anywhere? Share your insights if you want.
  2. Since jan 10th up until last month I've lost 14 pounds I dropped down from 289 to 275 along with that during gym class I was practicing my parkour landing (on toes/crouched.) I didn't land correctly so I had to roll forward, my hands shot down and I rolled over my shoulder to my hip like a normal PK roll! It's pretty awesome since I couldn't do it right.

  5. Alright today is my 10th day as a member of nerd fitness Which means. -It's the longest weight loss program i've ever done. Today I has been my second all day paleo. -Which is awesome. Also -5th day of doing keeping to my program. (Doing a workout every other day :3) But yeah, that's about it

Walk every day: Grade A Walk everyday besides weekend: Grade B Walk every other day: Grade C Only walk weekends: Fail. (I don't want the D) ... Rock the Palo flow No grain everyday: Grade A Grain in one meal: Grade B Gain in more then two meals?: Fail. .. Hikes 3 hikes: Grade A 2 hikes: Grade B 1 Hike: Grade C No hikes: Fail.

  8. Where to start? Such a hard question really. I guess the beginning would be a good place to start? No, I don't mean the very beginning that would be very boring on my end XD My name is Max though I answer to Max or Mason. How I got the name Mason is a very /very /long story. I'm 17 year old over weight teenager who lives within the depths of winter in a state known as Maine. I guess i've been heavy most if not all of my life. *Shrugs a single shoulder* I always meant to start you know? But things just happened and a I ran out of steam but no not anymore. I have a few reasons for doing this, one of them being to honor the memory of my mother who passed away in late summer of 2012, she always wanted me to be in better shape, another reason is to be able to Parkour something I find oh so very neat and the final reason is well.. I plan to wander around europe and most of the world on foot within the next four to six years XD.. Anyway, I'm big on "RPING" you know, roleplaying though it's online, I'm sure it added to my weight gain so I need to cut back on it, I'm also into anything that involves history or reading/writing and yes some science, Also go hard in the paint in the Assassins creed series. That's really all I have to say though I consider myself a Philosopher (In training) and am very knowledge hungry.
