  2. The last two weeks have been a fiasco... suffice it to say that amidst the mayhem I managed to do my minimum workouts (mostly through rediculous amounts of snow removal) and the family member that needed help is getting it. It's always something....

  9. How did you use the almond butter in the omlet - did you fold it into the center ? It sounds really interesting.
  10. I'm sorry to hear about the cold slowing you down..... For anyone interested... The Telemon Cold Remedy : At the first signs of cold symptoms setting in (swollen glands, runny nose, stinging in the throat, etc.) I start taking heavy doses of zinc and vitamin C. For the zinc I take 100mg three times a day - following a meal and taken with plenty of water. I find that this is essential. Zinc can be very upsetting to your stomach and having a decent sized meal in there minimizes this. After taking them I drink about a pint of water over about ten minutes - this dilutes it even further. Vitamin
