Oh no!! D: Sometimes life happens, damn! Rest up and give your body the time you need to heal up... hopefully you can find something nice and peaceful to squash some of the stress too. Get better soon!!

Thanks! Maybe the metal plate & screws that are holding my forearm together will eventually help with lifts I need to find some exercises to do in the mean time...
