  3. Hey all I have visited Lebanon many times since most of my grandparents. uncles. cousins. second cousins. etc. live there. I only really know different areas in the capital Beirut so if anyone is visiting there let me know and I can get information for you
  4. و عليكم السلام I just joined and find it awesome that other people speak Arabic same as me. I speak the Lebanese Dialect as that is what I grew up with since my parents immigrated from Lebanon. Partially fluent in speaking. however my reading and writing are like a 3rd grader lol.
  5. I just joined NF and hope to be a more active member of the community. I actually speak English and Lebanese Arabic, however I am not fluent in Lebanese Arabic yet. (I should be as I am first generation Lebanese American). You should try visiting Lebanon it really is an amazing country to visit مرحبا
  6. مرحبا I actually speak Lebanese Arabic, I am a first generation Lebanese American. Although I am not fluent in that dialect (will change that during my life). I assume you are learning the classical Arabic. which I know less of then Lebanese Arabic however I will try and help you as much as I can let me know
  7. I may be able help with arabic. although it is the Lebanese Dialect that I grew up with, however I am not fluent in any aspect. Wish I was and going to try and become fluent
  8. I understand that is pretty quick but that was mainly due to how i started the diet, which was as I know unhealthy and why I only did it for 5 days. I started on December 6th 2013 with only protein and not much of it, 2 eggs for breakfast, lunch and dinner was about a fist size of lean protein. I know this wasn't healthy because I lost 9 lbs in 5 days. Then I started eating vegetables along with lean protein and a lot of it. but due to my cheating didn't lose any until i went on vacation from December 22nd to 30th where the opportunities of cheating weren't available due to the fact my eating
  9. I have been reading books by Jack Higgins specifically the Sean Dillon series. I also sometimes reread old star wars books like the Jedi apprentice and Jedi quest series
  10. Hi My name is Rammy Rawas, a 23 year old first generation Lebanese American, I am 5 feet 4-5 inches tall (never really measured my height) and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Currently Going working on my Master in Business Administration at Xavier University. Graduated from Xavier in 2011 with an undergrad degree in Chemistry. However I am now working to get into accounting. My dad, mom and I started eating paleo-ish (lean protein, veggies, fruits, no dairy at all) December 6th and I just weighed myself in the morning to day found out I was 149.5 lbs and could fit in size 32 jeans that have not
