John Muir quote. Very late start, but better late than never, right? GOALS: 1. drink 2 water bottles a day 2. Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with two mid-day snacks (I have a horrible tendency to skip meals) 3. Alternate the Angry birds workout and BBWW workout 6 days a week, one day for rest 4. Send out 5 job applications a day (unemployment suuuuccckkss) Not going to assign attributes or anything for this round since I'm belated and very much still learning the ropes with how this whole thing works. x,

Hey everyone! Please help? ultimate goal: gain 20-25 pounds of muscle (oof), improve flexibility me: f, 120 lb, 5'8' I'm thinking to do the beginning body weight routine 3-4 times a week.Can/should I do more (I'd like to)? Is cardio advisable? I REALLY don't want to lose anymore weight as i'll start to resemble a skeleton... Can I start deadlifting, or should I wait to increase my strength first? Any workouts to help increase flexibility will get a ton of love! Also: I spoke to a nutritionist back when I was in college (less than a year post grad, woot woot) and her advice was that I was eating too many proteins and veggies and I needed to carbo-load. She was also incredibly anti-supplement and basically said NO when I suggested taking protein shakes. My GP told me to cut out cardio. This all seems like dubious advice at best? Thanks for the help everyone!

Hi guys! I'm excited to e-meet you and embark on this journey of self-improvement together! Unlike most people, I'm not looking to lose weight, but to GAIN. I've been underweight as long as I can remember, and I've always been horribly tired, cold and frail-feeling. (Plus, people always make me take the bitch seat in cars ). I'm hoping to gain around 20-25 lbs of muscle, improve my energy, improve my flexibility, improve my outlook and motha-effing level up! I'm sick of living this subpar life! Any suggestions anyone can provide as to workout I should take on and what path I should embark on (warrior, ranger etc) to best help me achieve my goals would be great. Diet and supplement suggestions are welcome too! xx ya'll!
