  1. After seeing ninja kitten's post, I searched for your story. Wow. You are so strong, I'm so happy for you with how far you've come and how hard you've worked, and I am motivated to keep going. Thank you

My theory on why I can't lose weight or can only lose 7#, then it comes right back, is that I have such a heavy metal toxicity that whenever I try to lose weight, the toxins start being released from the fast, which over stresses my body, causing it to shut down it even gain to sit those toxins. With my new program, we'll bring my body back into balance, so I'm as healthy as possible before starting the detox. I am hopeful that this will work, after trying for 2 years everything else.
  3. Went swimming again last night, was able to actually do the breaststroke! I've taken a break from more than rebounding and swimming, because my body is worn out and I don't want to overdo it. I'm struggling with food. I started some new supplements which should help bring my body in to balance, but until then and I can detox, I'm just not going to be able to lose weight. What I have to remember is that that didn't mean I shouldn't keep reading well and moving. After this week, I'm going to aim for grain free, as I feel better off them.

  6. Thanks! I had my cheat day yesterday and it's just not as fun. And my stomach hurt this morning. I need to remember how I feel afterwards before I indulge.
  7. I haven't done my workout yet, because I slept on a bit and then had to get ready for an event. I'm not sure I'll get it in today, but we'll see. I had a great conversation last night with a friend who encouraged me and made a good decision later, when I just wanted to eat cereal. I chose something much better!
  8. I was going to post what dragon mommy did. Fit2b exercises closed my gap. I still use so,e of the things she teaches to keep it closed.
  9. Thank you!! I will look it up. I did swim team as a kid, didn't complete, just got fun, so my inability to do the right breathing in the water is disconcerting.
  10. Almost completely better. Skins really well on food, except tonight I had a big bowl of chex granola and I should not have. I rationalized it, but I really am a creature of eating what's available, so I need to not have it available anymore. Made a delicious paleo dinner that only I was interested in, then the cereal to "reward" myself later. Stupid. This week has been an active week! I'm loving having the new bike trailer. I can fit all the bikes on and putting the track on the hitch is a little workout on and of itself. I didn't get my grammar workout done this morning, so I got one circuit of bbww done around 545, then swam whole the kids had swimming lessons. My lung capacity is terrible or o can't remember how to hold my breathe and blow out bubbles very well. I'm also really not in shape. But I love doing an exercise that is healthy and doesn't hurt me! I had fun. I did the breast stroke without putting my head under water, because after the first child tries, I just can't yet, and I floated on my back and kicked, and then did backstroke at the end of that. Then I treaded water in the deep end for about 5 minutes total, until I got pretty tired. Then I used a water foam weight to do some arm exercises under water. All in all, a good active m activity day! My sleep has been good and bad. Last night I stayed up too late, but a few nights ago,I for 9.5 hours! So that was happy! Still seeing no loss on the scale, actually a small gain. Really hoping it's muscles. I thought maybe my arms looked slightly different, but not sure.
  11. I'm OK. My next is really stiff and sore, do probably no bike ride.
  12. And then I hit my head really hard, so taking it easy for a couple days. Hoping I can go walk.
  13. Did my rebounding and bbwwx2 today! My neck hurts quite a lot from sleeping on it wrong. Going to the chiro soon
  14. Pour friends are always amazed at how much my kids can eat. It doesn't seem out of the ordinary to me, lol

  16. Took the kids bike riding today. Worked up quite the sweat it's very humid here. Had to take the bikes to the bike shop to get adjusted. I pulled well over 100 lbs with my bike!
  17. Hi Artemis! I was homeschooled several years growing up. Seven, we're blessed to have a great homeschooling community where we live. But I didn't have any homeschooled friend growing up.
  18. My friend is going to go over some things with me and I got the bike trailer rack put together, so we can start riding bikes again!
  19. Very discouraged. I've been trying to get fitter and a healthy weight for over 2 years and put on as dress that was too big last year and it's snug today.

  22. I'm taking a break from exercise today. I way overdid it yesterday and my legs hurt do bad from carrying boxes back and forth. I went to a homeschooling curriculum sale, to sell my stuff, plus a box each of two friends' items. I made a good amount, it was definitely worth it, but I need a rest day. In food nenewsed, I'm making conscious choices for what I'm eating and doing much better!
