Well, I've been doing pretty well with getting up early and drinking water. I have fell short on my fitness goals for the week. I will have to try harder next week. I need to stop making excuses and just do it already. If I spend half as much time working out as I did procrastinating, I would have met my goals ages ago. I need more motivation and less whining.

Demonista Age: 27 Height: 5'4" Weight: 243.2lbs. 6 Week Challenge Goals Complete one beginner body weight circuit 3 days a week. STR +3; STA +2 Complete one 20 minute beginner yoga routine 3 days a week. DEX +2; CON +1 Drink 3 bottles of water per day. STA +3; CON +2 Get up at 6 am Monday thru Friday. CON +2 I think this is a good starting point for me. I currently do not exercise and wanted to start out with something not too difficult to commit to. My goals may not sound that difficult, but to continue to do these things for six weeks will be a challenge, definitely. My plan to complete these goals includes doing my workouts early in the morning, first thing. That way I won't sit there all day procrastinating. This is my first challenge. I read some posts to get an idea of what I was supposed to be doing. Please let me know if I am supposed to include more/less. I know that I am joining the challenge a couple days late, hope that's okay. Wish me luck
