  5. Hello everyone, I'm currently a bit in a in a "regression" phase... Did workout last Friday, however feels like I overdid it with the pull-exercises and my shoulder triceps are hurting. Also tried to do a workout on Monday but feels like I really am in a dip: push-ups did not go well as before. Maybe I just overdid it a bit and wanted to go too quickly. Also the eating part - well I had some more than just 1 sugary treat... with the birthday of my youngest son we had too many leftovers . And since yesterday also some cold coming up so all in all it's a bit an off-week now. I also feel like food is everywhere and it's more hard to resist (like in train station everyday great smell of waffles..) Next week we're on holiday with the family, so my plan is to stick to 2 bodyweight workouts then, not to overdo it and have patience with myself! Eating part will be a challenge I know for sure . Activity with the boys outside was fun last week and will be no problem next week. A bit too late but happy Easter and have a nice week!

I definitely will do the push/pull on Friday, even if it's just 1x because I really want progress there also. Ha, that's my impatient & nerdy side there

  9. Thanks Panczo for finding the time/motivation for the fridays! I think I have to set something really small for friday for 5 or 10minutes - so I really have no excuses to do it. A real workout is just not happening Update for last week 1. did 2x the basic training -Wednesday inside because of the rain. Sunday outside in the snow. I progressed to negative pull ups (max. 3) and assisted pistol squats So for Fridays workout did not succeed to do a real workout. I consider to do a very small session of push up and pull excercises so I can form the habit of doing something 2. Walk 40 minutes 2x week >> dominated! 3. Had the first planned cheat with chocolate cake. So yummy! Difficult for me to stop once when I get started. 4. Outdoor activity with boys: we had a really nice Saterday - evening event outside with our boys. Yes! Good luck to you all for this week!

  11. Going well over there! I can also recommend dance classes - why not look out for salsa? Did this with my husband and was the opening dance for our wedding. Loved it.

  14. Hey Panczo, just crazy isn't it! I actually trained outside although it had snowed - just love to have some time in the fresh air So last week update 1. did 2x the basic training - but up to now never succeeded in doing a workout on Friday. Should reconsider this: end of the week feeling and having to get up at 5:30 most of the days is not really helping on this. But happy I succeeded in doing the 2x basic workout last week. 2. Walk 40 minutes 2x week >> only did this once 3. Eat no refined sugar/cookies/cakes –still going well with substitutions like honey. Even after a stressful day! 4. Outdoor activity with boys: did not do this one... too busy going to all the toys and cleaning them up - but played together with the boys only inside nice week to everyone!!
  15. That's just great X2!! Ha! I totally know the feeling! But, then on the other hand, we could not work on all these other goals Good luck on dominating the rest of the week after the flooding!
