  1. Hey, first off sorry about not posting. I've was at a family reunion at a lake with no internet, or cell phone reception for 4 days only to after wards go to a convention where I was too panicked about my cosplay and having too much fun to update, not that that's an excuse. Goal 1|Magical Transform- I haven't been keeping up with this goal and that's my mistake. Hopefully I will be able to continue, but I always complain about my legs hurting after work and being too tired to want to do my 10 minutes of warm-up cardio then my splits. I really have to get on this one, but I've been making it hard by coming up with excuses. Goal 2| Magical Path- I have been walking, but I think I am still under my goal. I have to gather up all the steps I've written down so I can update this one... Goal 3| Magical Energy- I had some bread not wanting to burn myself on just out of the campfire hotdogs. I know I don"t have an A in this one anymore but I will figure out ,y grading system to give myself a B or C. Goal 4| Magical Creation- Animate a walk cycle. I have done nothing more then sketching I haven't put anything to the test on an actual animating program yet. Bonus Goa l |Magical Life- I have had the plant since the 3rd and it's doing well Anyway over all I haven't been doing very well on my goals. Hopefully I can get myself going and do the best I can from here on out in this challenge and still get a decent result!
  2. Thank you so much! Your goals look pretty intense, I don't think I am pushing myself quite as much as you, but I am still trying! Hopefully I can push myself as much as you are pushing yourself! Thanks for the hope ^^ Thank you so far they are doing alright, for a person who has never been able to do splits I can get down ten inches from my standing height. ^^; I am unsure of how good that is lol. Thank you so much. As you can tell I have changed my goals, I just didn't have the time to put them in the proper format. I hope this is more what you were looking for I added a theme for my own amusement, I should enjoy it! Thank you so much, I didn't have the time to fully put out my goals so I decided to edit them later. I hope the edit is more of what you were looking for ^^ So as some of you can tell I edited my goals. Those just reading won't of course, but I hope you can all follow me and join me on my transformation to a magical girl! ^^ Day 1-3|Magical Progress Goal 1|Magical Transform- I missed my first day, the second day I was able to get from a standing height of 29" from the the floor to sinking down to "20, and today I got down another inch to 19" from the floor! I like the progress so far and it feels so good on my muscles in a odd way hahaha Goal 2|Magical Path- Again I missed the first day and for the past two days have managed to walk a total of 19,749steps/420,000steps. 251 steps short of my goal, from this progress I should be able to catch up though ^-^ Goal 3|Magical Energy- So far I haven't had any bread, baked good, or potato! I'm feeling good and even have more energy! Goal 4|Magical Creation- I have done roughly 3 hours of relearning and playing with two separate animation programs to see which I am more comfortable with. *Bonus*Goal 5|Magical Life- Still need to get a plant.... hehe ^^;
  3. Great goals, and very well organized! Even if they seem like tough goals, I'm sure you can take them on if you stay on them like this! good job. I think you are pushing yourself a lot more than I am, good luck!
  4. This is my second challenge. My first challenge I was unsure of what I was capable of and for this challenge I really wanted to push myself. I want to build better habits(walking and better eating) as well as gaining some skills (splits, animation, and a green thumb). Puella Magi MissLace Magica Main Quest|Transformation! "Make a contract with me, and become a magical girl!" -Kyuubey Although instead of making a risky wish I want to work towards becoming more comfortable with myself inside and out for cosplay, my happiness, and an all around better life! That is what we are all here for after all, to level up our lives and for me that means becoming a magical girl! A person with compassion, beauty(inside and out), and confidence in ones self as well as an unwavering will. My Main Quest is to lose 40lbs Goal 1|Magical Transform!Do the splits! "Repeat. I'll repeat it for however many times I have to. Until I find the only way out."-Homura This guide shows the process on how I will be working on my goal of doing the splits. A magical transformation takes plenty of fancy poses and flexible tricks,and I want to learn how to do t splits to become more flexible for both beauty and practicality. I hope to take Taekwondo in the near future and some work on my flexibility, will power, and discipline should help me ease into this task easier. Simply put it looks like a lot of stretching and repeating of doing the splits relaxing ones self through the pain. These are the sacrifices I need to push myself through on my quest to transform into a Puella Magi |DEX:4|STR:1| Goal 2|Magical Path!10,000 steps a day, the beginning of my walk to Mordor! "If someone tells me it's wrong to hope,I will tell them they're wrong every time.I could tell them that countless times." -Madoka I want to be able to walk the amount us as humans are meant to. It just seems like an obvious way to get healthier is to what humans are meant to. I've heard before there is no way to walk this much in a day, but I want to prove this wrong and maybe by example other will believe it is possible too! Pretty simple. I want to walk 10,000 steps every day; 420,000 steps overall for the challenge. |STA:3| Goal 3|Magical Energy! No more Bread/Baked goods or potatoes "If you're just living for your own sake, it's all up to you. No hard feeling. No regrets."-Kyouko Obviously I want to put in something better to get out something better and slowly adapt to primal/clean eating to get a better energy flowing through me. It's hard for a magical girl to give up her sweets and love for baking(though I haven't baked in so long anyway) haha. There is no one else responsible for what I consume other than myself, and am going to take that responsibility. |CON:3| Goal 4|Magical Creation! Animate a walk cycle! "Even though I've lost my way, I will save you." -Homura I have tried to animate before, and have given up on it due to a lack of patience. I want to give it another try as another way for me to create. I love making drawings, but I want to do more, create more! I want to work on animation an hour every day, and see how that goes for now. |WIS:2| *Bonus*Goal 5|Magical Life! Keep a plant alive for 6-weeks! "Protect the one thing you want to protect until the end."-Kyouko I just want to be able to keep a plat alive. I have tried to in the past and I just don;t have a green thumb, although having my own garden and caring for plants sounds wonderful to me. My dad loved plants and even had botany books I would read, regardless everything I touched died and I gave up. Regardless of that a magical girl is meant to bring life, not destroy it and I want to add this extra goal to my list. I will do my best to keep you alive!! |CHA:2| I will edit stats, and give myself a grading system soon. While I did have struggles for the most part I think I made them too easy. Now that I know more about myself I hope to find more suitable goals for myself this next 6-week challenge! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Goals Goal 1: This goal was to walk 60km in 6 weeks. While I walked the 60km I think it would be better to keep it a daily thing mostly rather than walking a longer distance in fewer days. I hope that this goal has made daily walking a new habit. --A |STA +4|CON +2| Goal 2: My goal was to hold a plank got 1 minute and I held one for 1 minute and 5 seconds. Not a big gap, but this was probably the hardest of my goals so I am quite proud. --A |STR +3|DEX +1| Goal 3: This goal was to only eat 6 Frozen Yogurts a week making it 6 total. This one is pretty hard since I work at Frozen Yogurt shop, but I managed to it. I'm hoping this goal has made it so I get fewer and fewer froyo's in the future. --A |CHA +3| Goal 4: This goal was to save $1500 to save up for school. It has been hard not being able to buy everything I want especially with a convention on it's way, but I hope to save more money as time goes on. --A |WIS +2| ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Weekly Challenges I sadly only participated in the first and last one because I forgot about the weekly challenges until the end of week 5 Participated in- Mini Challenge #1 Mini Challenge #6 On a last note I just wanted to mention that I want my goals to carry on into my new lifestyle and not to have them end here.   8. Day 38-41 Goal 1: COMPLETE!!! 60 km walked in 6 weeks! Goal 2: COMPLETE!!! Held a plank for 1 minute and 5 seconds! Goal 3: COMPLETE!!! Ate only 6 Frozen Yogurts within 6weeks! Goal 4: COMPLETE!!! Saved $1500 in 6 weeks! First 6 week challenge completed.

  11. I am a little bit sick atm. Some kind of stomach flu going around. I'm starting to feel a bit better, but I missed some work and some walks which hurt two of my goals. Hopefully this next week proves to be a bit more promising. We both seem to be just making it to finish, but regardless I'm sure we will pass it just fine!!

  13. Hey everyone! Last night I made it passed the 60seconds and held my plank for 1:05. One goal completed woo! How is everyone else doing with their goals?
  14. Day 28-30 Goal 1: Walked 4km making it a total of 46 km Goal 2: I held a plank for 1:05! Passed my goal guys! Goal 3: Had my last Froyo. No more for me this challenge. Goal 4: N/A
  15. Day 27 Nothing..Nada...No progress today.
  16. Day 26 Goal 1: Walked another 4km. Making it a total of 42km. Made it above my weekly goal Goal 2: N/A Goal 3: N/A Goal 4: $1000 saved!!!!
  17. Day 25 Goal 1: Another 4km today. Making it 38k total. Also today I walked in heels. Wanted to get used to the shoes I plan on wearing to a convention for my cosplay. I think the heels are only an inch and a half but my feet are used to runners so my feet are a little sore. Goal 2: N/A Goal 3: Had one Froyo today making it a total of 5! Only one more left that I can have. This is going to be the hard part for this goal. Goal 4: Get paid tomorrow. Woo!
  18. They really will! They are the sneakiest most ninjaful of all the exercises D: Day 24 Goal 1: Walked 4km today. Making it a total of 36 this challenge Caught up again despite my sore legs yesterday. Goal 2: 55 seconds for my planks!! Only 5 more seconds to go. I'm pretty amazed. haha Goal 3: No Froyo today Goal 4: N/A
  19. Day 23 Goal 1: So I decided to do a workout the day before which included squats. At the time it didn't feel like a lot but I was sure hurting the day after, hahaha. All day at work my legs killed me and I couldn't bring myself to walk, so hopefully I will be able to kick my butt back up to walking. Goal 2: N/A Goal 3: Had a soy FroYo. Technically not a froyo, but I will count it any. Much healthier than even the frozen yogurt, and it was delicious! Goal 4: N/A
  20. Looks like your challenges are going nicely! Your cards are looking great I really like the endless swirls of hair. As for motivation I'm not really sure. I have a cosplay that I want to do. So for my working our goals I will usually watch an episode of the anime, look at pictures, AMV's stuff like that. Don't know how much help that will be for you though. The point I guess is to find something more personal to attach to it so that you have the motivation.
  21. Congratz on the -2lbs and +2greatness Goffley! We all have our little bumps, but I'm sure you can make it through the goal. THis next week may be tough playing catch up, but it will be worth it :D
  22. Week 3 Complete! As for how my third week went, I was able to catch up to all my goals that I fell behind due to my small toe injury.I noticed though my regular work out plans suffered from a combination of my toe as well as an odd working schedule. I need to find a way to plan a routine around my changing hours. Day 22 Goal 1: Caught up with walking so I took a break, no walking today. Goal 2: I'm at 50 seconds for my planks!!! Goal 3: No Froyo today. Total: 3 Froyo so far Goal 4: N/A
  23. Thanks so much I think it has to do with my goals being pretty easy. With this being my first challenge I wanted to test the waters. My next six week challenge will probably be more difficult to do.
  24. Flexibility is hard to maintain. I did the same thing with my planks though. Since I am already ahead with those I didn't do them for a while, and stayed at the same length as my last recorded time. Luckily I am still ahead so I am not too worried.
