  3. Yes, I can do pistols from the sitting position and I'm practicing them every time I get up at work, just as you suggested
  4. My main problems is lack of strength. Do you think I should keep doing Bulgarian split squats (I have a 16 kg kettlebel so I could try them weighted), or start doing controlled negatives like Maxwell says? Maybe even both of them? Thank you for your response.

In the CC FAQ Wade says that uneven squats are easy if you can complete the progression reps for close squats, and that really doesen't make any sense to me, and I really coludn't even come close when I tried. I think that I will continue to follow maxwell's program. Waldo, I've been lurking for some time now, and I really respect your knowledge, would you have any advice for me?

I think that Steve Maxwell has some great tips: http://maxwellsc.com/blog.cfm?blogID=60 I'm trying to build strength and balance to tackle Uneven squots in my Convict conditioning inspired workout. I'm doing Bulgarian split squats and working on my single leg balance the way Maxwell laid out for a few weeks now. I can do a pistol on my right leg, and I am close to doing it on my left leg...
