Honestly, I don’t believe “good†and “evil†exist in the classical sense, only as a subjective measurement of altruism and selfishness, so this argument is getting a bit difficult for me. I was just playing devil’s advocate because it’s fun.

But if I were to answer LostOne’s question I would state that humans are not inherently good or evil, but neutral with a plethora of both good and evil traits and if ever someone is born with only good or evil traits then they are not truly part of the human experience, so overcoming evil is the only answer one could give.

In general I'd say most people hold those in higher regard who climb the mountain as opposed to those born on top of it.

I still think it depends on what you consider "better". Pretty girls get lied to more often and most people aren't moral in their actions towards them because people see them as valuable simply because of their looks. Sounds kind of crappy, to me.

If you're making most of your food, have you tried eating raw? Also for meats I'd cut red meat out and stick with fish and lean chicken to see if that helps.

I'm thinking of trying raw. And I mainly eat chicken and fish, hardly steak

I can tell you one NOT to buy. Look Better Naked which is bullshit...do not buy into it. It's one of those 6 week plans. I mostly bought it because it was an awesome deal. It came with a recipe book, workout book, workout cd, and a whole bunch of other things I can't remember for about 40 bucks. Though it's safe to say you avoid anything that is a time frame plan.

One my friend is currently reading that I am soon to get called Chi Running. Awesome stuff that helps improve your running a ton! He's read probably about half the book, then he sort of relays the message of the book to me when we run together and I must say, it really does help!
