  11. TUESDAY MAY 6 2014 "TABATA THIS" TABATA.... ROW SQUAT PULL UP PUSH UP SIT-UPS (w/ Ab Mat) Great workout. I love doing Tabata work. It's a fantastic way to get your blood pumping and adrenaline rushing. Anaerobic workouts are the best!
  12. MONDAY MAY 5 2014 Cleans 5-5-5-5-5 (Did the cleans with 95 lbs. Worked on technique.) 20 Minute AMRAP Pacer: 20 Burpees Counter: Maximum Effort ROW (Partner workout) Rowed 3,992 with my good buddy Monroe. This. was. exhausting.
  13. Ah, yes. UPDATES! Here we go: THURSDAY MAY 1 2014 Front Squats 5-5-5-5-5 (Used 115 lbs. Felt good.) For Reps: 10 minute ENOM (Every Minute on the Minute) Odd minutes: Power Snatches (75 lbs) Evens: Wall Ball Shots (20 lbs) This WOD felt very sluggish. I was probably still recovering from my Chicago trip. Oh, well. Still got it done. FRIDAY MAY 2 2014 Push Jerks 5-5-5-5-5 (Did the rep scheme with 105 lbs. Got a PR by hitting 185 lbs! ) 5 x 2 Minute AMRAP 12 Kettlebell Swings (50 lbs) 9 Box Jumps (24") Maximum Effort Squats Nice METCON workkout. Still felt a bit slow, but didn't have any major issues. SATURDAY MAY 3 2014 Yeah.....sorta slept in.....sorry, Cheech!

  16. How about an "AMRAP" (or as many reps as possible) of Burpees in 20 minutes? That's one of the most dreaded crossfit workouts ever.
