  3. New self challenges. No cheat meals until I'm where I want to be with body fat and one week without reading anything fitness related.

      Go for it! As for the other part, no Nerd Fitness, no BodyBuilding.com, no Bar Brothers, nothing related to fitness for a week. The purpose of this is to help get me away from reading or watching too much and confusing myself with what to do or what to try and just put what I have learned already to practice. Basically it will allow me more focus on what I need to get done and stop wasting time on the sites I don't need to be on all the time :P

  5. Work today from 7am to 930pm. Hoping to fit the gym in sometime during those hours.

  7. Having issues converting the word document to a pdf file. My Adobe Acrobat Pro is giving me errors/not opening up documents, and when I do manage to convert it, all the words are jumbled into one page. Any advice anyone??

  8. I have weird methods. Most people think they won't work. I have my proof that they work. Try it or not, it's up to you. What have you got to lose?

  9. Leg day today after work. Oh how I hate leg day but refuse to look like all the guys in the gym, built upper body and stick legs.

      StephaneLandry - Indeed! This will be week 2 of gym time with leg day. Not so bad really. I pride myself in having stronger legs than my sister's boyfriend, who was into football and all that back in high school. He's got me beat on all upper body workouts, minus pull ups. Legs though...I kick his ass in legs! :D

  10. Worked 2am to 5pm yesterday, rested a bit, hit the gym up 7pm-8pm, ate MEAT!

  11. How much $ did I save by biking to the vet for my pup's medication? #NotEnough

      Dog health is so close to being more expensive than a child's it seems. We got lucky with the medication for the seizure control for matty, it was only 11$ but everything else is too much! Might check into Care Credit, it covers a lot of areas, but I have only ever used it for my dog and only once so far.

  12. Going to set up an appointment with my doctor, get my overall health checked out, fat percentage measured, and see about getting a "semi-bodybuilder" plan built up that will work for me.

      @ModernSpartacus Indeed! Going to have him set up an appointment with a nutritionist as well and see what he says about a good personal trainer. I gotta get off my ass!

  14. This has been my busiest week so far.

  17. Why is it always the time AFTER the job interview that's so nerve-wrecking?

      Because that's the time they spend deciding if they want you. I know the feeling, with all the interviews I have had recently!

  18. Tore up my arms today. Slowly getting to the point in my training where I might be able to scale buildings and air assassinate Templar scum. Ezio would be so proud!

  19. Alright...New challenge. 150 days of 100% CLEAN EATING! This inspiration came from the Rock, who after eating 100% clean for 150 days straight, had one big "blow out" meal :P I thought that's an awesome idea so...why not give it a try?:D

  24. Yesterday was a big downfall, full of sadness, and over eating and laziness. But today I will get right back up and attack the workouts like never before!

      I did, even ventured to do some major changes, such as 1. Not following a usual pattern(improvised) 2. Tear myself apart 3. Started working on doing the Dragon Flag, which I might say is challenging yet fun!
