  1. Worked 2am to 5pm yesterday, rested a bit, hit the gym up 7pm-8pm, ate MEAT!

  2. To each their own I suppose! Also, they are not generally mean, as I had mentioned before. They're quite friendly and helpful to anyone wanting to better their overall health. They know I'm all nerdy and into gaming and whatnot, and they still support and push me to do my best (:
  3. Even with the first 14 hour shift I had yesterday, I still hit the gym up. Bench went from 25s to 35s, 7/7/7 curl ups (7 upper, 7 lower, 7 full)x3 increased to 40s, pullups to 15 and numerous other exercises i don't remember were done.
  4. Hey that's really awesome, I'm glad to hear it! definitely keep the video idea in mind, it tends to make you push harder in order to be able to show people you can do it! Keep kicking ass!
  5. Fuck shit up! All day every day!

Sorry all I can see is the meanings of the words and it gives a disturbing image, but I get what your saying :-D Go Badass dude!

  6. That is pretty awesome stuff! Thank you for sharing it (:
  7. Hey, this site I've been using to learn a few songs, pretty awesome. http://www.songsterr.com/a/wa?ref=625508 Sign up with it, post your referral link to friends, they only have to click it and for each click you get two weeks free special tools, such as slowing down music and what not. Which is why I posted my referral link to you 2 weeks free for me AND you from the start. Awesome right? Check it out though if you haven't already!
  8. Haha yes. He has been telling me all the things they would use to workout, and what he does now. His motivation now, that I have to agree works very well is "My enemy is probably always training harder, getting stronger and I need to be better to protect my family." Not that I have enemies... but I do want to be stronger to protect my family, considering the risk of something happening where I live is pretty decent. And that is why I use liquid soap haha
  9. Well, big change of plans, and early failing myself on this challenge. Moving towards a different route, and as odd as it sounds, a "prison buddy" as I shall call him that I work with is training me. Who knew training with a convict could be fun? Hah. All jokes aside, he has been "guiding" me in a diet that will help with my stomach issues as well as a workout plan for maximum growth, along with a nutritionist that is set to help me, it's pretty awesome. Top it off with learning some Muy Thai with him and MMA from another guy he knows and I'm a happy camper. Add along with that the workouts with another coworker that is "related" by marriage and whatnot. I'm not leaving the nerd fitness community completely, I will be checking up and posting updates as time goes on. Thank you to all the supporters, and to all the evils out there that say it's impossible...FU! The only impossibilities are those you set with your own mind, those you tell yourself you can't do for whatever reason it may be, I'm here to tell you NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!
  10. And to all the naysayers, I say NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

  11. In a "Don't really give a shit" mood. Yeah...fuck science.

  12. That is the plan! Haha. And yes, there are plenty! Of course, gotta pass their test to do so, BUT, very awesome to see it spreading the way it is!
  13. Dr. visit went well, said everything looks great! Set up an app. with a nutritionist to get a diet to help me build muscle that will work with my stomach issues. Excited about that!

  14. Dude...really? All I ever seem to hear from you is "this is impossible because these numbers say so." I'm way against numbers! I understand you're an engineer, you do the math and all the technical stuff, cool! BUT, some thing that many people can't seem to comprehend is the unlimited possibilities. Physiology, genetics, all that may come into play, but what it all comes down to is, how willing are you to put forth your true 100% best? Tell me, if it's so impossible as you say, how is it so many "famous people" can fluctuate their weight drastically in as little as 6 months for different movie rolls? Is it that you're afraid to see the true potential? Or is it that because of your "knowledge" of all things technical, you have to insult and shoot down positive reinforcements WITH different views from someone that has seen great changes from different people using different methods? You're a cool guy and all, but come on dude!
  15. Oh the doctor thing is just general health check up and what not I am going to get back in it as best as I can!
  16. Can't believe I slacked off so much. Shoot. Well! Get back into it quick! Getting into baseball with a coworker, pretty fun!

  17. I am sad to say I have fallen off the wagon BUT, doctor tomorrow, and I plan on getting back up! Also, started going to the batting cages with a co-worker. Fun stuff!
  18. Alright I slacked on the weekend and I feel like I skipped out for a whole week! I hate it! This week is going to be geared towards kicking my ass til I cry!
  19. CPR/First Aid certified...again. Only getting paid for it this time :D

      Ba'sini'on

It's nice to get paid for stuff like that!

      rogaecia

      hell yeah! Double win.

  20. I'd definitely look into those more intense programs after the starting body weight guide here gets too easy. I'm probably going to be looking into Convict Conditioning myself pretty soon. As opposed to many people who believe it's impossible to get built from body weight, I believe that if you are pushing your muscle past their limits, they are going to grow.
  21. Going to set up an appointment with my doctor, get my overall health checked out, fat percentage measured, and see about getting a "semi-bodybuilder" plan built up that will work for me.

@ModernSpartacus Indeed! Going to have him set up an appointment with a nutritionist as well and see what he says about a good personal trainer. I gotta get off my ass!
