  1. A copy from my challenge thread: Final report: My quest: Lose weight! I´m not terrible overweight but I have always been a the "chubby girl" and don´t want to be that girl anymore so I´m going to change that now. My goal weight 57 kg. Why 57 you ask? well I know BMI isn´t the best mesurement but I would be at "normal weight". My plan is to be at 57 kg by 12 october (if it hapens before well I´m not going to complain). I'm down to 59kg so I'm on my way. My diet stil neads some work but cuting out candy and other sugary things has helped. Age: 26 Hight: 1.53 cm Weight: 62 kg ----> goal weight 57 kg. Now 59kg Waist: 94 cm (slightly below the bellybuton) Now down to 89 cm I will do the following: Bodyweight workout 3 times/week 15/18 bodyweight workouts No more candy! I´m planing to repet my first challenge and cut out the extra sugar so no candy, cake, cookies and so on. I´m also going to cut the crisp (they are my greatest weknes...). Fore each day I can go without "the extra sugar" I will get one point and 80% of the days will be A, 75% B, 70% C. This went very well and I got to an A (39 days without candy) Cardio. I like running (who knew!) and I run 2times/week today but im going to set a goal for just i time/week. With the bodyweight workout it will still be four times/week. Well I did my runing so A Life quest: Play the trumpet for 1 hour/week ("band practise" will note be part of that hour). It dosen´t have to be one full hour at every time i play but it should be one hour in total. This went bad. I did play some each week but not 1hour/week so D.

  3. Not much to report from last week, did my workouts but hade desert on saturday (family birthday party) but otherwise no sugar Has done one workout this week but it's going to be hard to get them in this week. Im about to move to my new apartment...
  4. Almost done with this challenge! I was a lite bad last week, hade desert at a party but at least I didn't eat any candy so that was good... So far this week I have been sugarfree Keep it up everybody!
  5. That´s a great idea! Last week was good, I successfully did all my workouts and I didn´t eat any sugary snacks. Its geting easier to say no to deserts and candy so I have high hopes that I will be able to do the rest of the challenge sugarfree Was slightly better with the trumpet last week, 45 min.
  6. You are absolutly right, one bad day does not make a bad challenge! I can proudly say that I did one more week without sugary snack´s! How has the week been for the rest of you?
  7. Still sugarfree! Good for you! Yeah thinking like a robot is a great idé Quiting junk food is a great way to be more healty, next challenge you will kick that sugar habit easily!

  9. Ahem so havn´t updatet for like a week now, bad Tuss! Any way, the exercise part of the challenge went well. Did my bbw and went for a run (but I wasn´t up for it at all, it felt good afterwards...) Last week was a big sucess for my "no sugar" challenge! Did really well and even managed to say thanks but no thanks to the friday fika at work I only got 30 min with my trumpet so thats a C I think... This week has started well, one exercise done and still going by bike to work. And no sugar!

  11. Think you!So the rest of the week was good, did all the BBW and all the running I did manege to play the trumpet for almost one hour (55 min). And i didn't have any sugar So far this week I did BBW yesterday and today I went to à kettlebell class. It was realy fun!
  12. Hi everyone! Hade a very good sugarfree week it's going realy well I think... My boyfriend is anoying, eating candy and other sugary things near me he's not doing it to be mean he just can't stop his sugar craving (he didn't try very hard) On a hippier note, I got a new apartment (With my sugareating boyfriend )
  13. This week has started well Did the BBWW on monday. I realy didn´t feel like it but I did it anyway and guess what afterwards I fealt great! Also i played the trumpet for 20min yesterday and cycled to and from work (7 km one way). And I got an apartment today!!!! Haha well gues who ate some ice cream just now, the boyfriend
  14. Hade a cookie on my family reunion (so much fun!) but nothing else. I like sunflower seeds, but maybe some (like two pices) chocolate with high cocoa content? Might work.

Went for a run yesterday and it was great (afterwarda) I was pushing myself realy hard and ended up doing 3K in 16 min thats the fastest this year The BBW, going to do that today so thats going good. I'm probebly going to have a cockie today, family reunion... my life goal hasn't been going god this week but hopfuly I will have time today. Tomorow it's time to go back to work I'm not looking forward to it but it will be okay, I don't have a boring job but it's just so relaxing being off work
  19. Today went well, I didn´t have any unhealthy snack and I did the BBW. I do 25 squats, 11-12-13 pushups, 15 bumbell rows for each arm (4,5kg), 20 lunges (each leg), 20 situps (mixed with "side situps) and then some jumping jacks. Maybe I should do some harder versions of squats?
  20. Where/when do you want them? Yes it was fantastic! Barcelona is a wonderful city Day 2 without any candy or other unhealthy snack! I ate som cottage cheese and one carrot today when my cravings were bad. I think I have to portione my healthy snacks, it´s easy to eat to much...
  21. So did alot of walking yesterday but had an icecream. My boyfriend is going to join me in my sugar-challenge so that will be helpfull Today we havn´t had any sugary treats at all so that is a step in the right way. Tomorow I will do the BBW
  22. I´m back! Yesterday went okey, did a lot of walking but i hade icecream (I was in Barcelona and it was our last night, it´s not an excuse I know...) But today i havn´t hade any sugary things at all Going to make myself a cup of tea now...
