  1. I've been eating paleo for about three weeks now and, quite frankly, have become a bit bored with the food and missing my old standbys. So I researched the web and have found tons of great recipes and experimented with quite a few. The other night at a party, I met a woman who has been eating paleo for two years and advised me that anytime you take a food out it its "natural state", it is no longer paleo nor "clean." For instance, the paleo crackers I made with almond flour, egg white and no-salt seasonings? Not paleo. My question: is this a pretty normal view or an extreme interpretation of the paleo diet? If all ingredients are paleo, won't the end product be paleo as well? Perhaps I'm just naive or ignorant, but I would think I'm okay fixing these recipes and still staying paleo.
  2. I made the following recipe last night, divided it up into eight servings and popped them in the freezer, but not before doing a "taste test" to verify the stuff is goooood. I used turkey and homemade taco seasoning...spicy and delish. http://momvschaos.com/2012/01/06/recipe-paleo-pepper-and-egg-breakfast-casserole/
