  1. I've actually been AWESOME on making my lunches and not pigging out at the snack machines at work!! Not so awesome at exercising...so I'm trying to fix that. I did squats tonight!!
  2. Today is a hard day for motivation for me. I ate a whole bag of chips and now I feel so sick that I don't want to do anything
  3. How do I sign up? I'd LOVE to have some people to help encourage me and hold me accountable! I really would love the push! *****nevermind figured out how to sign up!
  4. Just made my lunches for the week, baked chicken and broccoli! No excuse not to take my lunch now!
  5. I'll try to be more specific. It's just hard for me to decide how much weight I should comfortable lose, I'm 5'3 and 150(ish) pounds, but I just want to feel comfortable in my body, not sure what weight that would be at. Thank you for commenting!!
  6. This is my second attempt at a challenge, I didn't follow through the first time through but I didn't have the motivation and got overwhelmed. I'm 26 and very out of shape, I don't usually exercise at all and I'm seriously a beginner in every sense of the word. My main goal is to lose weight My steps are to try and do any type of exercise at least four days a week, prepare a lunch everyday for work, and save up 200 dollars for my friend's wedding My motivation is my sister, and I want to be healthier and be able to do physical activities with my son and friends without getting winded My measurements are: Bust:38.5 Chest: 33 Waist: 32.5 Hips: 41.5 Thigh: 23 Calves: 14 Upper arm: 13 Forearm: 9 Neck:13 I would love to have some people help me out this time through. Thanks!
  7. I'm very new to working out and using a forum so any help would be appreciated! I'm 26 years old and I have a six year old son. My goal is to gain strength. Right at this moment I can't even do one push-up so hopefully at the end I'll be doing them like it's nothing! I'm 5'3 and 155 lbs, I'll try and post my measurements later tonight to give myself a sense of body changes. I would love to have accountability buddies!! My main goal is to gain strength My three incredibly specific goals are: ~ Do my barbell battalion 3 days a week ~ Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night ~ Limit myself to one soda a week My life goal is to study for one hour each night. My motivation is that I want to be stronger and healthier for my best friend's wedding in February.
