  1. Dear YouTube: I would really enjoy being able to watch videos about weightlifting without having to see annoying Mike Chang ads before every single one of them. There has to be something else out there.

  8. About to do my first body-weight workout since I hurt my back last week. SOOOOO ready, and yet kind of scared, too.

  9. I'm -fascinated- by the avocado hype. What's your favorite, easy, way to enjoy them?

      Just as it is with some salt, black pepper and lemon juice. One of my favourite foods ever :)

  10. My desk is suitable for inverted rows, yay! (or 'uhoh'?) Time to go outside and practice some balancing first, the weather is wonderful today.

      We got these desks from some sort of company and they're VERY sturdy (and height is adaptable etc.) :) But yeah we have to be careful!

  11. It's been a rough couple of days. I'm behind on my challenge, which is a bummer. I just finished running (which I don't normally do on Sunday) and had my best time/distance ever, plus finished week 4 of myrun5k app, so that's good. Now to get ready for church. And I'm preaching tonight :-)

  14. I DID IT. Got myself out of bed at 5am, woot hoo! 90 minutes later, and I've done my workout, both journal entries, and my meditation. This routine IS feasible, when I get my butt out of bed to begin with.

  15. Just finished my first workout! Only managed two sets instead of three, but start small right?
