  1. I too also suffer from the disease NOASSATALL! I'm just starting out, but am so excited to see the changes in my body. I've already noticed changes in my engergy and mood.
  2. I'm pretty well on the 100% paleo diet, except for 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and splash of 2% milk in my coffee in the morning. I have limited my coffee intake to 2 cups per day. I've been following the diet for about two weeks now and I joined a gym. I am really weak and out of shape, but want to loose fat and build muscle deffinition. Where do I start???? Help please
