I'm pretty well on the 100% paleo diet, except for 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and splash of 2% milk in my coffee in the morning. I have limited my coffee intake to 2 cups per day. I've been following the diet for about two weeks now and I joined a gym. I am really weak and out of shape, but want to loose fat and build muscle deffinition. Where do I start???? Help please
