      Prioritize, take the most important 2-4 of your goals and use them this challenge. Once successful use the future challenges to add in the other goals building on your previous successes and newly established routines.

  14. I think that I might drop out of this challenge and try again next time. My goals have changed entirely since beginning and I've found a new course of action that works for me better. It'll be a shame, but maybe its for the best, right? x

      not allowed to do it cause you will get gains, and they don;t want you to improve, they just want you to keep "trying" to improve so they get your money

  18. GUYS. I deadlifted 175lbs today. Granted, it was only twice, but I was expecting to only get 105lbs, so this is HUGE. And heavy. Really heavy.

  24. Went for my first morning run EVAR after making three days of excuses. It wasn't pretty. I was sweaty. But I got it done. Whee.

  25. I'm back, and was finally hired as a teacher this year!! :D
