CSPAN had the best coverage, by far, of the SCOTUS stuff today. They even played the audio over a video with photos of who was talking at what points, which I found helpful. Other than Scalia's grating voice, it's sometimes hard to pick out who is speaking at what time.

Question: I've only lost 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks, and I've noticed that I'm not eating as much as I used to (simply because I'm not hungry). Do you think this decrease in calories could attribute to the slowed down weight loss? I suppose a body could still go into starvation mode when eating primal, but I'm a bit discouraged. Advice?

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been gone this last week. But I have good news! Although I only lost 2 pounds in the last 2 weeks, I am still down 15 in 1 month and feel GREAT. Here are some photos of my progress (which I've taken every 2 weeks): Still doing great with the workouts, but I NEED TO GO TO CLASS. Seriously.

It's alright to have a treat every once in a while. You've just got to expect that the scale/inches won't show as much as they would. I had a few shots of rum with some friends this weekend, which meant my liver was busy processing booze rather than assisting in fat burning. But I went into it knowing that. As long as you treated your weekend the same way, you should be fine I'm glad you're progressing so well!

Alright, I only lost 1 pound this week, which puts me down to 132. I've also stopped being hungry. I sometimes have to remind myself to eat, which NEVER used to be me. Anyone else have experience with that? I started doing the Beginner Bodyweight workout rather than using the You Are Your Own Gym app, because I like the circuit format. Did 4 circuits today on my first try. Gonna go for at least 5 on Wednesday! Hoping for a big number next week! Still going strong with primal, hiking, etc. I also recently obtained The Primal Blueprint, which is a cool, pseudo-spiritual complementary book to Why We Get Fat (which I'm also reading). Feeling like a badass cavewoman already

Well, this week I only lost 1 pound (down to 132), but I'm not too shook up about it. I'm hoping it means I'll have a big number next week I started doing the Beginner Bodyweight Workout rather than You Are Your Own Gym, since I like the idea of circuit training. Did 4 circuits with ease today. As for the challenge, I have a Wavemaster kick bag in the apartment that weighs about 200 pounds. I'll drag it across the living room and back--add that to the end of the circuit. How's that foam roller treating you Oakley? Oh, one question: Today, I've only eaten 800 calories (part of which was a Pro Complex protein shake after the workout). It's not because I'm trying to stay below a certain number. In fact, the only reason I track my food (using MyFitnessPal) is to see my carb/fat/protein ratios at the end of the day. But I'm kind of shocked at how little I ate. I just haven't been hungry. Is that part of eating primal? I've heard a lot of people just lose the rumblies in their tumblies.

Hey ladies, I'm doing great with my weight loss, but like many people who get up to 245 pounds, I have significant stretch marks on my lower stomach. I was wondering if any of you have lost a lot of weight and found your stretch marks becoming lighter? Or am I doomed to be a striped tiger for life? PLEASE GIVE ME GOOD NEWS!

Haha! Nah, that was over the course of a few hours. I can generally hold my booze fairly well. It just hit me a lot quicker than usual. Which I was fiiine with
