  1. awesome mate! you just saved yourself some money and got exercise at the same time! *kaching* what i do is i stretch before and after my ride, that makes it better for me. I also remember to drink water, as it will help clearing out the "trash" in your muscles.. making them ready for another ride :-)
  2. no problem, i was having a shitty day didn't take much for me to turn xD Well it seems that no one has anything to say about this game.. Guess im gonna have to play it all by myself... Forever alone farmer... *sigh*
  3. Yeah sorry for throwing a fit there mate.. not the kind of respond im use to getting here on NF.. I can see how it must be funny to have a job, then go home and "play" that job..you proberly play/do something people think is a abselute waste of time and makes no sense at all Depending on where you live, i think it would be cheaper to play the game - good to know that my post made someones day a little better woop woop
  4. Farming simulator 2013 for Xbox 360: I know i know, "use google"... i did, and rumors are it will be out in a update at one point..but what does the community actually think about this game. I know it's not for everyone thats for sure, im thinking gameplay wise... the pc version is so different.. you can't buy too many machines (they are limited by slots), there is a limit to the number of hay bales you can have.. I bought it to play with my friends who also bought it but, now im over 100+ hrs gameplay and there has been one patch..but no multiplayer yet.. i guess im just frustrated..

  6. some people I do help, some I don't... I call it help because, thats what they need... that in mind, they have to be doing it completely wrong before i tell them. I work as an instructor at the gym, so i do have the "Authority" to correct them. And I approach them by saying something like "hi, im an instructor at this gym may i help/show you...." instead of “OMFG N00B!! THAT’S SO WROOONG!â€.. i also remember when i started working out i was horrible at it, and i got advice from people and i was grateful! i knew i was doing something wrong but, i was too afraid to ask for help. However people I don't help (I know it’s wrong to say this) - your every gym tatooed-in-the-face/gang member.. once asked a guy that looked like that if he could help me lift the weights (75-100kg) off the machine he just used because i was going to use it.. he told me to go f*ck myself.. he got kicked out.. its a rule that you have to clean up everything when your done with the machine, so that people know its free.. So yeah, if they are doing it really really wrong, i do help people I know some people are against it - but they can take it or leave it - Unos
  7. Hey Happysal.. Thats a problem, especially beacuse it stings.. I am not a doctor but, i would recommend you go see one, not that i think it is dangerous or anything but, they usually know what to do I sometimes get red spots/dots on the middle of my chest after exercising but, only if i sweat a lot, however, it goes away after about 30-60 min.. its kind of like the skin getting irritated after being constantly covered in sweat for 1 - 1½ hrs. i hope it help, i know this isn't the anwers you were hoping to get.. - Unos

  9. Hey. Sorry to hear about your inury, that really sucks! I personally enjoy running, but, when/if i get injured i find something thats similar to running but doesnt make my injury worse, like using a cross trainer (it has not impact) or swimming. My advice would be to find something thats similar to what you already did.. i know it might be impossible.. if you are a gym memeber you can use a Cross Trainers or a stationary bike to keep burning calories like Duality said, it might be a good idea to look at your diet, and like you said yourself, change it. And imo... don't waste your time doing exercise you hate, thats not worth it, find something you like doing and that fits you.. workouts and exercise is your own choice i hope you beat that injury! and get back up! and i hope this was useful..
