  1. okay 3 things that jumped out at me from these few posts 1) try picking up some raw local honey to have in coffee or tea, it will help with allergies (the local bees make it so the local pollen is used and your body will process it better, helping your not be effected by the pollen in the air as much 2) when flexing your bicep, try turning your hand in a little more (back of hand toward camera) it causes the bicept to "scrutch" closer to the shoulder making it look bigger. 3)Go back to wearing tshirts that have pictures on them! Kishi and I want to be able to claim we were looking at the picture <.< ____________>.>
  2. my problem now is that my muscle weights too much and if I continue to lift heavy my weight will go back up.
  3. yesterdays weight in for me only made me more determined (I weighted in at 227.6lbs and 24% body fat. In order to achieve my goal I need to be at 208lbs OR 16% body fat) I need to put down the weights and return to running and swimming. Will continue to do my spartan training, but will also swim atleast an hour in the mornings and run atleast 3 miles at night.
  4. I know and I am going to calculate the numbers today when I get home. Wish I had a quiet place to do that. I feel like if I am not in our room then I am intruding in on the rest of the house.   5. Relaxing for the rest of the week/weekend, I need to reset. Reviewing my plan of attack this weekend, purchasing a mini fridge and a metric shit ton of paleo food, cooking and preparing all day Sunday, then hitting it hard next week. I am going to plan out my days and I am GOING to be at 2000 calories or less. It is all a math game. The Less calories I take in, plus the more I burn, equals a higher dedicate and more weight lost.   6. It was a bust. I dropped weight yes (roughly 8pounds I believe) but I was measured at 25% body fat. Airforce wants me at 16%. On a side notes I am perfect for the army right now. ( not going army. I originally said airforce and I am going Air Force!) back to strict paleo (1 cheat meal a week within reason) swimming for an hour every morning, and looking at upping my running to 5ish miles a night.   7. Well that Was a bust. Went to the doctors to get taped and weighted today. My body fat percentage is 24%.....the Air Force wants me at 16% for the taping to be used. Defiantly will keep you guys updated right now I am increasing my water intake I did a bout a gallon and a quarter today eating only leafy greens and lean protein so a lot of turkey breast did have cherry juice which is a natural diuretic attempting to shed as much water weight as I can think I use the bathroom nine times anyways tomorrow my water intake is a lower however because I have cut out all sodium coming into my system hopefully that will still allow me to lose water weight I want to lose a significant amount of weight however I know that this is not a real loss because it will come back as soon as I eat or drink however that's okay sounds bad but it's sort of to try and trick the system so that I can list my body waste too much right now for me to and last but it's not fat Sent from my phone, through the banging of weights, to the chimp translators aboard the tardis powered by the dylithiam crystal flux capacitor.
  9. Thanks DarK_RaideR it is only for a couple of days so I ca be in the ratio. I don't plan in this being a real option for weight loss. There now that that is out of the way, I NEED HELP! I am going to the doctors on Thursday to get height/weight/neck/abdomen measurements taken so that I can skip the weight requirement of the Air Force and sign the papers even though I weight more than I should. I still want my weight to be lower than it is right now especially for that day. Does anyone have any methods to drop 5-10lbs within the next 3 days (I KNOW NOT HEALTHY IDC RIGHT NOW) this is just a quick "fix" for that day. Afterwards (And during this time) I am going to be doing my regular workouts (HIIT Kettlebell) and running. (posting in multiple places)

  14. I am putting in my 2 weeks today. I did the math and if I stay at my job right now, I will be traveling almost 2 thousand miles a month just to and from work. I'll be spending more in gas than when I had a vehicle that was worse on gas and was working 7 days a week. My job right now is also requiring me to wrok 6 says a week, 2 of those days being half days instead of giving me a full day off during the week if I work a half day on Saturday. I am going to look into a different job up around where I am living now. Possibly a farm job or a convenience store job, not glamourous by any stretch of the imagination, but I am hoping for something physical so that I can continue with my workouts and drop the remainder of this weight. In other news, I spoke with the recruiter on Friday, we chatted about my weight, and when he said he still need me lower and didn’t' want to do the taping, I was firm about wanting to tape. I then went on to explain to him about what I have been doing for workouts and how I am not 230 fat, I am 230 muscle and able to move weight, which is what was hindering me from losing the remaining 30lbs that I need to. I am setting up an appointment with my doctor so that I can get an official measurement of height, weight, and neck/stomach measurement. I am hoping that they meet the criteria for the recruiter.   19. Today was an active rest day, so I decided to go for a run. Pup went with me. It sprinkled. I jogged the first 10 minute walk and did walk, jog, slow run, fast run, sprint drills during my 10 minute free form run at the end.
