  11. So... I ummmm may have made a gym booboo.....I applied at Planet Fitness....While I really want to work in a gym, I loath Planet Fitness......I solemly swear to never hti the lunk alarm because I know it would be hit on me

  15. I am going into the service (Air force) into the services area (Barracks, Mess Hall, and PT Managment) Hoping that between that, getting my kineseology degree, and a personal trainer degree I'll be abe to go to almost any gym in the country to work

  17. SO ummm I may have just commited a boo boo....... I APPLIED TO PLANET FITNESS!!!!! On the one hand I hope I get the job because I would be working in a gym which is what I ultimatly want to do (as in training and managing) But on the other hand it is Planet Fitness and I DESPISE planet fitness and their dumb lunk alarm.....I refuse to use the lunk alarm.....

  20. okay 3 things that jumped out at me from these few posts 1) try picking up some raw local honey to have in coffee or tea, it will help with allergies (the local bees make it so the local pollen is used and your body will process it better, helping your not be effected by the pollen in the air as much 2) when flexing your bicep, try turning your hand in a little more (back of hand toward camera) it causes the bicept to "scrutch" closer to the shoulder making it look bigger. 3)Go back to wearing tshirts that have pictures on them! Kishi and I want to be able to claim we were looking at the picture <.< ____________>.>
  21. my problem now is that my muscle weights too much and if I continue to lift heavy my weight will go back up.
  22. yesterdays weight in for me only made me more determined (I weighted in at 227.6lbs and 24% body fat. In order to achieve my goal I need to be at 208lbs OR 16% body fat) I need to put down the weights and return to running and swimming. Will continue to do my spartan training, but will also swim atleast an hour in the mornings and run atleast 3 miles at night.
  23. I know and I am going to calculate the numbers today when I get home. Wish I had a quiet place to do that. I feel like if I am not in our room then I am intruding in on the rest of the house. Going to go do some more yard work at a friend of the in-laws house. Taking and dragging tarps. Hey it's active work.
