So, turns out my toe is so sore from gout! Who knew that was even still a thing? I thought it went the way of scurvy.

That's no good! Make sure you go get some meds prescribed.

Yep, got some anti-inflammatory meds, plus the doc told me beer and red meat (among other things) are contributors. Which makes me sad
But, can't do lunges with this busted ass toe and so can't get healthier, which means beer and red meat in moderation. That's probably good for me anyway.
