Yeah, I was taking the keeper spring (a very high max lb resistance coil) and it was fully tensed. So when I pulled it off it bit my pinky leaving an inch split on the skin and smashing the muscles in a split second. I'm really just hoping it doesn't get in the way of my BW training...

Just workout like either a stick up ass rich guy, or the pimp with the cocaine pinky :-)
