  1. Hi everyone! My name is Flo and I'm from Maryborough, Queensland (Australia). I have done 6 week challenges before, but they were a few years ago, and I've never really followed through with them. Really hoping that can change! Not gonna get full on into the RPG side of things, just gonna focus on the goals Also I think my goal is to move to druid guild, since I have a few pilates/yoga related missions to start in my life! So, goals for the remainder of this challenge are:- 1. Eat a paleo (ish) meal three times a day. A = 75/84 B = 60/84 C = 45/84 D = 30/84 E = 15/84 F = 0 2. Level up to Lev

  6. It is SO confronting! You really go through the 7 stages of grief in one night trying to plan meals and then finding out your usual servings and favourite meals (even the ones you thought were healthy!) are actually packed full of calories! BUT it is so good to really think about what you're eating and how you can eat as much as possible while filling yourself up and still enjoying it!!!
  7. Hi there! OMG can't believe I haven't updated for so long :S Unreal. I'll come check out your threads and the Thunder Down Under one in a sec! But thought I better provide an update... Workouts - well I did all of them, and on Saturday I felt like I had a breakthrough! I have been getting into the routine, learning my limits and also teaching myself to take it easy because for a few things I was forging forward with the weight but my form was disgraceful! So I took it back a notch on Saturday and it turns out I'm doing a lot better than I thought!!! Feeling fitter and stronger Eati
  8. Yep I'm going with leftovers!!! Salads are also good if you like them you can pretty much put anything you like in them!! You just have to get the motivation to actually prepare them haha. Which I don't! Lately I've just been cooking my lunches in advance, rather than leftovers
  9. Update! Friday - I made a pasta bake to use up some leftover bbq chicken we had - we only had small portions but I'm pretty sure I went over my calorie limit. Same for Saturday and Sunday! I had a bit of trouble tracking it, but I'm back on track Today was kind of a weird day, feeling a bit moody and sensitive and so easily could have slid into eating comfort food tonight. On the half hour drive home though I gave myself I good inner talking to and didn't want to keep sabotaging myself, so just ate what I was supposed to and i feel not too bad now Did 3/4 workouts last week Ate app
  10. It's probably about time I did a little update! Wednesday - did my Zumba, however one of the girls had baked a cake and I decided to have the last piece. I don't feel guilty! What I do feel guilty about is the banana bread I've been eating - every time I bake a loaf to put in the freezer I have a piece! So feeling a bit flabby haha. Thursday - skipped my weights sesh because my muscles were SO SORE. Avoided eating junk food - another lady brought in cake and I managed to deflect it by making other people eat it, mwahaha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
