Maybe I should clarify... I can't seem to lose weight, or volume. I feel like I've been the same everything for the last two challenges.

Ooohh okay. I've been in that situation too, actually (lasted a challenge and a half). I was very frustrated and what I had to do was pay more attention to my diet. That's what broke it for me, anyway, but I think it was the system shock of snapping back on calorie counting that broke through the plateau for myself.

Regardless, we're here for you and you're in this for the long haul. You will break through the plateau, it will just take time. If you need a second set of eyes on what you're doing, feel free to PM me or someone in your support group.

Help! Should I make today my rest day because I have terrible cramps, or suck it up and go to soccer and keep Suday my usual rest day?

ditto CactusWren - although for me maybe it's just the distraction. You can always stop playing (unless your coach is awful)

Alright, you've convinced me to go, and you're right, if I'm going to feel miserable I might as well get some exercise too. I'll just go buy some Midol or something extra strength and suck it up.

Nondisclosure agreements make a really great excuse when you come home and don't want to tell your roommate about how your day was at work.

Salad without protein doesn't equal much of a meal. I guess I'll just keep drinking coffee :-/ I don't know how you vegitarians do it.
