  5. As of today, I have officially lost 70 lbs and under 200 lbs for the first time in over 10 years :) On cloud nine right now

  6. Just like Standford said, account for the calories and you'll be fine. My father and I love a glass of wine after dinner, but too much can give me a headache. Love a good dry red wine mmmmmmmm lol
  7. Having 6 tattoos and all but one covered with normal clothing, I haven't had too much issues with jobs I've had. The one that shows is on my left fore arm but for the most part people can't see it unless I'm reaching for something. The last job I had my boss didn't know I had it til 6 months into working there. I've worked with the elderly and kids and still never had any problems with my tattoos, guess I've been lucky.

  11. ABSOLUTELY NO NEGATIVITY!! No matter what happens in your lift session, clear your head before you leave the gym. Don't bring any negative feelings to the interview, they will pick up on it. You've got this, no question. Just have to realize it in youself

Glad you're not beating yourself up on the fries, rice and what not, I kind of rationalize rice from from sushi as carbs for my next work out Been thinking about going to a bikram yoga class not too far from my house ever since you've mentioned it. Since I love the sauna and could probably use more flexibility, may need to check it out.
  13. Your stance looks great, also looks like you're working those glutes. Wish mine looks as good as as yours but I'm working on it. Keep at it! Also, I see some definition in those arms, nice job
